QDOBA Mexican Eats

Amazing food! It's just absolutely amazing! The mango salsa and chips! Ugh I can't get enough!!!

This place was literally so busy when I walked in, and then only a few minutes later a giant sports team walked in. The staff was so friendly despite the craziness and my food was delicious. Chips were fresh and crispy. Only downside is they took away the Impossible Meat! Other than that, a 10/10! Plus I am just a huge sucker for those Coke Freestyle machines.

This crew is always working hard to push out the busy lunchtime orders. I never have to wait long for my orders and they are always exactly what I ordered and delicious. Employees are always friendly and professional.

Super friendly staff that works hard to keep the lines down. My food is always fresh from this location. It’s a once a week treat. Highly recommend!

You’ll never hear me say anything bad about Q’doba. If you look at the rest of my reviews, they are less than stellar regarding other restaurants. Coming from a family who owns restaurants in the Battle Creek (and at one time, Kalamazoo) and growing through high school and early college working there you learn a few things about Customer Service.

That’s what I’d like to touch on today, because we already know that Q’doba’s food is very, very good.

I say Customer Service because here is what just happened to me for lunch today. I ordered through the app, as I always do. The app has been update (and although it seems your saved favorites have been reset or I just couldn’t find them) they’ve upgraded the app to ask if you’d like “regular”, “light”, or “heavy” of any ingredient you add to your base item. Very cool.

Here’s today’s story: I was running behind and left quickly to grab my food. I arrive to see my order isn’t sitting, ready to go, as it normally is. I think about how why it isn’t ready, clearly giving them at least an extra 10 mins since I was running behind. Then it dawned on me, I never finished the order, I never ordered what I wanted forgetting to finish the payment section on the app - hence no food, they never received the order.

John, the manager, sees me standing there, angry at myself because now I have to drive all the way back to my phone I had forgotten on my desk, in my hurry to leave, right next to my wallet. I ask John if he’d be willing to trust me and make my order, I would then return to my phone, complete the order, and a notation, “not to make it, it’s already been made, Ryan”. He said sure. Then he said he’d do me one better and just made it, to my specifications (and it looked beautiful) and COMPED me. I argued, but he insisted. Ladies, and gentlemen, THAT’S Customer Service. He could have just as easily said, sorry but I can’t do that. I wouldn’t have blamed him. But instead, he saw the value of making his customer happy and guaranteed I’d be a returning customer.

Also, again referencing other reviews of mine, John put NAPKINS AND A FORK in my bag!!!!

So, long story, short, Q’doba is worth your time and your money. If their staff is being trained by people like John, Q’doba had nothing to worry about.

Now, I think that’s a $10 review. Ha, ha. I hope we’re square now, John. Thanks again. It’s been really difficult writing this review while my lunch is sitting in front of me, smells so good!!

Had an amazing experience: I love their $8 deal they do on Tuesdays for students, I get a regular drink and a nacho however I want it for only $8 it’s really a steal.

The person who made our order was so funny and helpful, it was very nice having such an upbeat person taking our order, I swear smiles are contagious and you could tell he enjoys his job. The food was so good, well portioned and the flavor, yum 😋 honestly I've never been to a Qdoba before, weird I know, but this experience will definitely have me returning. I've been missing out!

Great place. Hit right after busy spell, so a little messy but they were cleaning up soon after getting food.

Went in for a quick bite after a long day and the service was quick and easy. My cashier, Rob, was incredibly kind and helped me cash out quickly. Will always come back here when I get a craving for Qdoaba!

Just want to shout out Alyssa for always giving 11/10 service EVERY SINGLE TIME!

The customer service throughout the line was super high quality, they were all very friendly and really helped me understand the menu!

Great food, bathrooms, pricing, aesthetic, and atmosphere. Plus, they have a coke machine with like 70 flavors!!!

So this was my first time in that I have ever tired this places. But I have to be really honest it was the best service I have every bad at a fast food place. N the manager she was great n I told her my wife was allergic to jalapenos n that was not a problem at at she take it to heart n help my wife all the way through the line.
I will be back n will be done some catering form you guys. Next month

They don't do curbside anymore. They should remove their signs. Great food could be a little cheaper, but good.

First time there and a wonderful experience. Carissa, the employee who served us was so delightful, friendly, and helpful. And she did a great job preparing our food unlike when some just throw everything on the shell. In watching her, she made sure everything was evenly put on it so you didn't have one big glob of something in one bite or no meat in a bite. Will definately be returning. Thank you for a not only a delicious meal but a wonderful experience.
