This place exceeded my expectations. My mom and I went in looking for a bed set for my mom. Kevin helped us out better than I ever could have expected. We were in the store for 2 hours. He answered all of our questions and concerns. Kevin was so very helpful that I ended buying a mattress set for myself. We even bought pillows and a mattress pad. Kevin was so very friendly, nice, professional and very knowledgeable about beds. I even called back today to order myself a 9” box spring for my mattress that I bought. He called the manufacturer right away to order it with my mattress order. This store has everything. We must of laid on 20 beds. I’m very happy with this company and store, great low prices and the service was A+++++. Thanks Kevin!!

Mark and another man came today to drop off the need for my mom. Mine comes on Friday. They were in and out in 7 minutes. Amazing service and very nice. They did a great job! WOW I’m very impressed with this company. I highly recommend everyone to shop here. I mean it. I will tell all my friends and family about this place. Thank you!

They definitely sale good quality beds and accessories. I love that fact that they even had water and the Lions game on. WOW!

An excellent experience, as always. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, selection is ample, and by happy coincidence the mattress we chose was available for delivery the next day. All of the brands MM carries are top-notch, and one of the brands is Michigan-made! We chose one of those and are prepared to be pleased with it; it seems like a well-made unit and was still less than a thousand dollars (including box spring). The delivery team was fast, friendly, efficient, and safe. We really don't bother shopping for mattresses elsewhere - did that for the last two and ended up at MM anyway, so this time we just went there.

My third purchase in the last 10 years. Always great friendly, knowledgeable staff who actually listen to customer needs. Quick delivery of a quality product. Thank you MattressMart!

Been here a few times, always a good experience. I like the website I can research the mattresses they have before I go shopping. Customer service has been great every time, mattresses have been what we expected. When I am in the market again, I will stop here first.

Great service! Chad came and introduced himself and help us with the hard decision of picking out the correct mattress for us. He spent an hour will we were pretty indecisive at the start and had the patients to deal with us. In the end we found a mattress and a frame that fit our needs and the had it delivered and even set it up for us. Amazing attitudes, amazing service, and willing to go that extra mile to help out. Even gave my girl friend one of the pillows off the mattresses because she loved it so much lol. Would recommend and will shop here again if the need arises. Thanks again Chad.

Great service and friendly staff. They took the time to help my fiance and I choose the right bed for us and answered all of our questions, without judgement. The bed we chose is amazing and we couldn't be happier! This company has Michigan based, so it was nice to support local companies in this state. Picked out a new bed in-store about three weeks ago, after my old mattress finally wore out. (Old mattress was purchased from the same location and lasted almost 17 years.) Jeff C. was incredibly patient and extremely helpful. He made sure to point out every possible option I might like and the pros/cons of each, and made sure I had all the time in the world to test every one until I was completely satisfied. After two-and-a-half weeks of sleeping on the new mattress, I'm even more grateful for the thorough assistance. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. It's exactly what I needed and I'm sleeping much better.

Well i think these guys in Battle Creek are AWESOME i mean they are great. I have bought there 2 times now 2 years apart , both times each guy was friendly Kevin and Jeff , gave a little on price and had it delivered to my house, i will be going back there again in about 2 years , i have a bad back so i like a new mattress every couple years, i used to buy from other places but i will be buying from them the rest of my life . great place thanks

The gentleman was very kind and covered everything with us. The delivery was the same day within maybe an hour or two of us paying for the bed. Overall, they're a great place to buy a new bed! I highly recommend them. Prices aren't outrageous either.

Chad was very helpful and didn’t pressure my mother in law to buy anything and was very willing to show her all the bed frames and what they can do and explained everything. Over all very nice costumer service. I would highly recommend considering them for your mattress needs.

Delivery guys were excellent. Mattress very comfortable but a bit expensive. We are very happy with our bed. Jeff was very pleasant to work with.

Staff (Larrs) knows a lot about the products. Friendly too. Good quality matresses and excellent prices!! Free delivery and removeal of the old mattress. What's not to like?

Intrigued and excited, my girlfriend and I walked into your cleanly and organized, Battle Creek location. We were welcomed by a young, fully masked gentleman that went by the, imo, the “All American” name, Jeffrey Clements.

Not only did we appreciate the courtesy and respect of him wearing a mask and practicing proper social distancing, he was able to strategically recommend multiple beds that would fulfill our “bed bucket list”.

After many minutes of debating...our “Deidra” made her presence known. My girlfriend, three dogs, and of course myself, send you infinite thanks and appreciation for your time and efforts.
