Cross Insurance

We have been customers for over 35 years. Cross got us the best bundled insurance rates possible (home and auto; even Geico & Liberty can't beat their auto rate) and found us a carrier that would insure our off-the-grid camp. I have always found them to be very responsive.

Darlene was amazing! She found us competitive offers, educated us how to minimize complications with insurance, and most importantly she worked with our current insurance company to reduce our premiums over $300/year! We didn’t want to switch so it was the best of both worlds. Cross agency is the best insurance agent I’ve worked with in 20 years. Highly recommended.

Jessica was extremely competent and given my questions amazingly patient.
She provided the information in a way that was easily understandable and through.
Felt I could trust the information and that she understood my needs.
So appreciated a "live" in person, interaction versus a chat bot or an unmanageable telephone auto attendant.
Would recommend this office without question. Customer service a priority.

Jaime with Cross Insurance Agency was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She is cheerful, helpful, friendly, and overall has excellent customer service. She was able to shop our policies and saved us a TON of money on our two auto policies and home policy. 10/10, I would recommend giving Cross Agency a call before completing your insurance shopping!
