Murdick's Fudge Shoppe

10 Stars!!!! We chose Murdick’s as party favors for our wedding reception and it was an absolute hit! We got 10 gallons of the best KaramelKorn you will ever have, along with 130 boxes of different fudge bars for our reception guests. Owner, Mike made us a fudge buffet bar with a variety of different fudge pieces and he even made us some actual chocolate rock candy! The rock candy was a nice touch of crunch and color to break up the fudge and everyone loved it.
There is a reason why everyone travels so far North for Michigan fudge - Murdick’s in Suttons Bay is why! (I wish I had better pics but it was eaten too fast!)

I think Murdicks is the best choice for Mackinac island fudge. I find it to be the creamiest brand and it absolutely melts in your mouth. This location is my top choice for peanut butter fudge. I even think theirs beats out their sister location in Mackinaw City. Pricing varies by location but I think here I got the best deal. One of the staff reminds me of a young Bobby Flay but makes delicious fudge instead. The whole staff was friendly and welcoming.

Can't come through Sutton's Bay without making a stop. Fudge, sour cherry gummies, chocolate covered espresso beans! Always bringing something home for friends and family.

Everything in the store is gluten free. Even the cookies and cream are gluten free. I got brown sugar bourbon fudge. Wow. It was amazing

As a Chef I appreciate the craft of fudge making. This is the BEST I have ever had in my 60 years. I drive 397 miles round trip several times a year to treat myself to 4 slabs of outstanding creamy buttery delicious handmade fudge. They do ship but I like the trip and seeing the clean and fully stocked shop, plus the smell is part of the fun.

Best Fudge and Candy shop in the County!!! The owner hand makes the fudge and candy and brittle and caramel corn DAILY.. Made on original fudge slabs and copper kettles original from when he worked making fudge at the original shop at the Cherryland Mall ......35 years ago!! Beautiful shop with fantastic love and attention put into the details of the product! I picked up items for a 70th bday party for my Mom recently, and he had my 5 gallon bucket of fresh made caramel corn, 40 bricks of fudge meticulously fused into bricks of 3 flavors each, and cashew and peanut brittle that melted in our guests mouth. EXCEPTIONAL SHOP!! 5 STARS!!

Classic fudge and candy shop doing it from scratch, the right way! Lots of flavors to suit anybody, local cherry and pumpkin when in season. Cashew and peanut brittle the way grandma made it...salted caramels that DARE you to eat just one...and don't get me started on how good the caramel corn is, no matter what flavor you choose .

Maple fudge and coconut macaroon ice cream were delicious. Would recommend to everyone!

Amazing treats and lots of nice gifts. The ladies working during our visit were super nice and a pleasure to visit with. They have a huge selection of fudge and chocolates. Also a lot of high quality and unique gifts.

Great little spot, friendly owner who trained in person with Mr. Murdock who passed along his skills. Now he owns his own location. It was clean, pleasant and the fudge is of course, excellent!

A must for your vacation stops!!! Owner is so awesome. Everything made on site and tastes amazing. The peanut butter fudge was my favorite.

Got magnet and some chocolate covered pretzels. They make their own ice cream, my son tried pistachio ice cream and he loved it! Very friendly owner and staff.

My husband and I stopped in on our way home from the dunes. The employees were so sweet and helpful and didn't get annoyed at my dozens of questions. I'll definitely be back because the fudge was so good and didn't last long

It's tricky because there is more than one Murdicks... But this one in Suttons bay has a distinctive recipe., I'm fussy and it is the BEST.

Love their caramels. They don’t have them in the Murdick’s in Traverse City. Highly recommend giving this Murdick’s business than TC’s
