We had the best service and delicious food! I had the Polish Plate. We moved away from this are 31 years ago, so we wanted a taste of "Old home ".

They have a HUGE gluten free menu! I was so impressed with the options. It's so hard to find a place to eat at safely and they really take the time to make sure you are safe eating there. Tanya our waitress was amazing and so knowledgeable with any questions I had. Thank you for offering these options I ordered food I haven't been able to eat in years and it was all gluten free 💜💜 We'll be back for sure! Thank you thank you!

My son and I have been touring the area diners for our weekly Sunday morning breakfast. Mr. Mike's did not disappoint. Along with a traditional breakfast menu, Mike's offers breakfast crepes in a couple different forms. The Crepes Benedict was an amazing flavor combination, and my son's french toast made with local cinnamon bread was "delicious". Very friendly service with plenty of refills. We will be back often!!!

Such a wonderful experience ! My son was recently diagnosed with Celiacs and was visiting home and misses eating out . I did some research and found this place . Can I say what a wonderful place . They actually came to the table and talked to us. Explained there gluten free procedures . Announced each item was gluten free when brought to the table . Even the owner / cook came out and said hi. Food was great! Service was excellent. Such a wonderful experience

Angie is probably the sweetest person I have ever spoken to! Myself and my son are gluten intolerant and their gluten free menu is extensive, delicious, and the food prepared safely (we normally avoid eating out because we get quite sick from cross contamination but we have NEVER had that problem here!) My husband eats from the regular menu and loves it here. We will be customers for life!

Awesome gluten free menu! We got gluten free chicken tenders, gluten free pierogies, and a gluten free fudge cake and came back the next morning for gluten free French toast! Service was amazing and staff was super knowledgeable and accommodating to dietary restrictions. Staff let me know that all GF food is cooked in a completely separate area to prevent cross contact. I have never felt so safe eating in a restaurant as someone with celiac disease! Highly recommend!

I love Mr. Mike's Grill! I mostly go for the gluten free menu. Every time I have friends and family over and we have time to eat out - this is my #1 choice.

I've been coming here for years and I love it. They have new owners and everyone is so amazing I love Tonya & Angie the best always so nice, great customer service and they definitely make you feel like family!! They have the best cucumber sauce ever made with love (her mama definitely put her foot in that sauce) LOL can't go wrong with stopping in to Mike's Grill for great food and even better customer service..

The most insanely beautiful gluten free menu I’ve ever seen! Made my entire day. Staff was super kind and knowledgeable of Celiac.

I don’t think I have enough time to write how much we loved this place. Don’t let the inside fool you. It looks a little run down but that is not what they are about. It is a family own small business. They have a huge certified gluten free menu. Why? Because the mom is a celiac and she cares. Our waitress was Angie the daughter. It was our first time here and she told us about everything. She even told me some of the food is from Sysco but also some is from local places like the ham or corned beef. Also they have a lot of homemade sauces so that celiacs can eat there stress free. My wife got a sandwich called the big bird melt. It had turkey and bacon. She actually had like 10 different homemade GF dressings to choose from as well for her salad. She even got an appetizer. The coolest part was the mom came out to meet us to show one Celiac to another she means business. My wife asked why she had so much passion. She said that it is just not fair for Celiacs to go out to eat and have no choices and that is why she does what she does. This family puts a lot of passion in their small business and it shows. If you are gluten free or a Celiac, this is a must!

As a gluten free person, I about wept at the menu. Instead of feeling like an absolute burden to the server and kitchen, my fiancé and I felt revered because of our allergies. The food was amazing, Angie was so kind and took such good care of us. 1000% will be back. I’m so grateful for this place.

I traveled 45 mins to visit this place for dinner before going to Detroit and I was SO happy that they catered to my celiac disease and offered so many options! I haven’t had fried food in months and had a delicious meal here. The owners daughter even stopped by and personally thanked us for coming in. We will be back!

If you have celiac, this is your place! You will feel like a normal human again and get to have a typical dining experience! Excellent gluten free food! So many choices!

I’ve been wanting to Mr.Mike’s Grill for at least a year, I have heard so many great things about their gluten free menu. My son and I both have celiac and my son gets violently sick with gluten or cross contamination so it’s hard for us to eat out at restaurants. He was so excited to eat here. The pancakes were so good that I was a little nervous! 😆 We will definitely be back!

The food is great and the staff are always so friendly. I make sure anytime I’m semi close that I stop for lunch! Their gluten free menu is absolutely astounding and they are so careful with cross contamination. I love that I can get gf fried fish.

Blown away! I've recently had to stop eating gluten and the amazing menu did not disappoint. A member of the staff came and talked to me and explained a little about their menu and how they prepare and cook anything from the gluten free menu. This is the first time I've eaten at a restaurant since becoming gluten free and I will for sure be back. Restaurant was clean and the staff was super nice!

I have celiac disease so eating out is challenging. The people at this restraunt were so thoughtful about everything, even had separate GF ketchup. The owner came over and explained how they have two separate kitchen work areas and a dedicated GF fryer. The food was delicious and served hot, which I love. I will definitely be coming back !

I found Mr Mike’s Grill on a whim after a quick search for gluten free in Westland while we were out running errands. We decided to stop in and I was so pleased to see the extensive gluten free menu.
Service was fabulous. Angie was our server, very sweet and super helpful with all of my questions. A meh day ended on a good note with an impromptu date night with hubby. Prices were great too. We’ll be back. 😊
