No complaints.

I'd like to see commission sales people so you get better staff but overall they do a decent job for what it is.
Just know what you're doing and it'll be fine

I needed a few odds and ends to help out a local organization with a computer and monitor set up. They had the adapters I needed on the shelf and I was able to get in and out in five minutes. Beat Amazon's prices. No complaints.

My favorite guy in the store is the curly haired geek squad person! He’s professional, and really quick with hardware & software. Installed my SSD in less than 10 minutes, so glad I got Total Tech.

I really love coming to this Best Buy, the staff never fails to impress me with their knowledge about every part Ive bought from them. Definitely coming back anytime I need pc parts. Been there many times and I always get what I want to get.

I was on a quest to find replacement rotary heads for my Norelco Razer and Best Buy didn't let me down. I had left a nearby competitor store with no success and headed to this location. While there, Kristy helped me with great knowledge and enthusiasm and located the set of replacement heads that my razor needed. I left there happy with my mission successfully completed.

Well I needed to ask some questions about cell phones and the good people at this Best Buy Store 🏪 did not let me down. I was greeted immediately at the door and was directed were I needed to go. A few minutes later, a very helpful associate eagerly gave me assistance and I was quickly on my way. They have plenty of parking and are VERY handicap accessible. Mask are optional at this time.

I needed a small accessory for my device, found it there. Helpful staff. Searching online the in-store availability of item made look up easier and more sure to get to correct location, didn't had to go from one to another.

Bought a new iPad using curbside. Was ready in less than 30 mins

Ok, so I almost never write reviews but I absolutely had to. I was trying to purchase an iPad online as a Christmas gift. But I was trying to use Afterpay. For some reason it wouldn’t process. So I decided to go into the store the next day. Now the iPad was on sale so I was tryna get it b4 it went back to normal price. However I ended up with a Team member name Cervantes. And what a real angel he was. My Afterpay still wasn’t working and I didn’t want to purchase the iPad straight out the door if I didn’t have to. This guy was so patient and went above and beyond to help me figure out how to close the deal. Needless to say I did receive my iPad. And I am very pleased with the customer service I received. Thank you again!

Went there to find a TV . The service person was very helpful and directed us to the best TV in our price range. We went up a size and I'm glad we did. The picture is beautiful ❤
