I love taco bell, we live near the one in Wayne. They are so nice there also lately they always make tacos full with like the actual amount you see on t.v lol they don't skim on anything, nachos always full, sometimes a free drink if ur waits long or whatever, but I wanted to say this I spoke to a young lady named Michelle about tonight my nachos were missing guacamole she informed me they were out, so I asked if we could get a credit for a nacho next time and she let us come get another one with guacamole, I guess it was ready now and she provided better customer service, her and the manager provided better customer service then the big Wyndham Gardens Corporate Hotel chain, especially the one in Romulus!! I just think they are doing really good there in Wayne especially lately. Usually at a fast food chain someday u get people who make the stuff so good and other days not so much, but everytime we go it's been perfect food and also perfect customer service so whoever is running that Taco Bell now is doing a great job choosing employees and implementing AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Thank you very very much!!! Everyone there is always nice. Haven't had a bad experience or a taco with barely any meat, cheese, lettuce anything. They always make everything good. I know taco bell lovers know what I'm talking about, lol. 😃

Jade is awesome and so helpful!! Everyone at this location cares about the quality of the food. They are so friendly, I drive out of my way to come to this location.

We're quick and completed full order. I had placed an app order for 2 different orders and was able to pick up both at the same time.

Drive thru service on Cinco de Mayo was up to speed and the full order was correct.

Service's absolutely great 😃 the atmosphere also the food I personally love their chalupas.

This is literally the best late night taco bell never soggy very fast great customer service

This place is a sharp contrast to the store only a couple of miles away. Staff we're polite, courteous, and friendly. We got our food quickly, hot, and very tasty. Thank you to the staff for turning around a bad experience at another restaurant.

my bestie and i pulled up at 1AM and i stg this is the best mf taco bell ive ever had in my entire life. hooked us up with sauces, napkins and made sure we had everything. the tacos were STUFFEDDD and absolutely delicious. we get some stuff changed any everything was perfect! best taco bell i’ve ever had.

I was made to get out of line to order from my phone. Other than that everything went well. 👍

I ordered through drive-thru. Employee was pleasant, friendly and efficient. There was no wait. I ordered nacho belle Grande. My food was hot a good!

Food is okay and location is easy to find

I was surprised the inside was open so we went inside to order which was a great cus the drive thru line was a bit long. The inside was nice and clean,Service was good,the Employee that took our order was nice.Food wait was a bit long but not too bad,I’m glad they took their time and made our order right!

Amanda at the drive-thru window (a week ago today) was amazing at her job. My entire order came out correct, hot, and very presentable. Amanda was kind and helpful and make me want to return to this location. Excellent customer service!

Food was made well. Not sloppy! Excellent customer service. Very patient drive-thru attendant. We need more respectful young people like him. A natural anti-depressant.

EDIT: WHAT A DIFFERENCE 3 YEARS LATER MAKES. Since I didn't get a receipt I can't complain to corporate. How hard it must be to read a menu board and make a simple dollar menu bean burrito with NO liquid cheese. I didn't order a bean burrito swimming in spicy cheese soup.

Visited (inside) for a quick bite - super friendly service, clean restrooms and delicious food. We had to wait a minute for the food but was well worth it - we were able to see the gentlemen who made our food and you could tell that he actually cared. As a result the tacos and quesadilla were damn delicious. Best experience at a Taco Bell in awhile.

My son and I were coming home from a baseball tournament in Detroit last night and attempted to get Popeyes chicken in Taylor on Telegraph Rd and had the worst customer service experience. After leaving there with no food, my son asked if we could get Taco Bell and we went through your drive thru. The drive thru worker was a young man with a sweatshirt on and on the back of it it said Ray Dog. I want to tell you he was so pleasant and made sure we had everything. He even gave us extra mild sauce which sometimes you don’t get at other TBs. After giving us our order he said to have a good night also. After our horrible experience at Popeyes I just want to say it was a nice experience and that worker should get commended for his excellent customer service and we will definitely be back.

Appreciate the kindness and business Every time I come to this location I am greeted and treated respectfully and kindly by the workers at this moment I am making the review it is after 12 on a Wednesday night and they are low stock on items and completely out of beef and cheese at this time so with kindness have compensated their customers including myself with a free item in my case I got a bean burrito and a skittles freeze for free with their apologies I've never had an issue with any of the workers here and only one occasion where my order was wrong.
Cashier on register for this experience was Rawn and i personally appreciate their kindness and responsibility.

Used to be the only half decent taco bell in the area. I'm only giving 5 stars in hopes that people will actually read it. I would give none if there was an option. Before the last few times of going here, at best I would've given a 2 star because at least the food was presentable. Hardly any meat, sauce or cheese in steak quesadillas. They were rolled, crumbled and crushed in a small bag.

Quesarito had TWO bites of steak.

Taco bell is really loosing standards. I wish they could use the excuse of the pandemic but it was on a very steep decline in our area even before that. Its shameful.
