Jerry Rice is the best salesman that I know. He assisted my wife and I on several items. He took time with us without making us feel hurried. He answered every question even though we may have asked them twice. He provided excellent customer service and is a great person.

Walked in expecting a hassle but Zach Lueck made sure that wasn’t the case. No sales pressure, just information helping me make a decision. I’ve worked with many salespeople, Zach is definitely one of the best.

Zack L. Was great. He wasn’t pushy, took his time, and answered my questions. You can tell he is genuine. The entire store was laid back and sales people weren’t hounding you. The furniture seems solid for decent prices. Will definitely be going back.

Love the quality of the furniture at Value City. Entering I didn’t feel like we were hounded by sales staff. Great salesmanship and they definitely want you to leave happy with the furniture you want and offer good financing plans. Zack was the one who helped out my husband and I and we left extremely happy and looking forward to our next interaction with them for furniture. He was also great with our rowdy toddler.

Went in today to browse recliners. Wasn't expecting to purchase one right then, but, I did! My sales associate was named Ozzie and he was fabulous! Knowledgeable, funny, and did I mention that dashing smile 🤭 A woman named Billy checked me out in record time, and I had a recliner loaded into my truck in under an hour! Highly recommend them, and no one was hovering over me either 👏👏👏

We recently had the pleasure of shopping for a new home set table at Value City Furniture, and we cannot recommend Nick Norton highly enough! From the moment we walked into the store, Nick was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs. He demonstrated an exceptional level of product knowledge and had an uncanny ability to understand exactly what we were looking for, even though we weren’t quite sure ourselves!

Instead, he focused on finding us the best value for our money, which was refreshing and greatly appreciated.

Wow! What an experience today! This store was super helpful, and the sales person zach lueck by far was the most helpful of all. His customer service was excellent. The type of sale person that doesn’t bother you or push you to “just buy”. He was on your side, very knowledgeable and willing to spend his time to help your decision making the easiest possible; Easiest furniture purchase in a decade. I recommend asking for him, he was great.

Oh and by the way super comfortable sectional, for a very good price. Good luck on your purcase.

Zack was great to work with, very thorough, friendly, and professional. I definitely recommend working with Zack, but our buying experience so much fun, and we are excited for a new furniture.

My experience was fantastic. I was waiting on repair order for my sofa for a very long time. I headed to the store to discuss the situation with the floor manager Suzanne. She provided me with my repair material and answered all of my questions for replacing the component.

Alongside Suzanne, I was provided excellent customer service by an individual named Ozzie when ordering a new dining set. He answered all of my questions and was a great aid in discussing all the features of the set.

At the end when finalizing the order, Suzanne, Ozzie, Billie all helped me in ordering the individual dining set and helped me feel comfortable in getting my Sofa repaired.

Needed a new kitchen table. Went in to look with family, don’t normally like going into furniture stores due to how pushy other stores can be. Was greeted by Ozzie, who asked us if he could point us in the right direction of what we were looking for. From that point on, he left us alone, stating that he would be around if we had any questions, and left us to look at what we might like. Once we had found what we were looking for and were ready to make a purchase, he gladly helped complete our purchase, noting all options for pickup/delivery, etc… Perfect example of how to treat customers.

We worked with Tammie B and she was great to work with, not pushy at all but very helpful and went above and beyond to meet our special requests. Also helped us make an order change over the phone. Overall our experience exceeded our expectations, we went to 4 furniture stores in the area and VCF was our best experience.

Our salesperson, Zack Lueck, at the Westland store was patient, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. He did not make promises he couldn't keep just to close the deal. We would work with him again. When our furniture arrived a couple days later, the two gentleman who delivered our sofa and loveseat were courteous and professional. They were also patient and made sure we were satisfied with the product before they left. We really like our new furniture and highly recommend Value City Furniture in Westland.

The customer service at this store is exceptional.

Jerry Rice went out of his way to call me about a store credit that was owed to me from a purchase a few years ago that was about to expire.

When we arrived to the store, Jerry showed us where to find the product we were interested in, and allowed us to use the credit to buy the item.

The team realized that the credit was over the amount of the item and found us another product to use the remaining credit.

I highly recommend this team for their service and honesty.

We hate shopping for furniture because you get attacked the moment you walk in. However this place was different. Our sales lady Carley, introduced herself told us where all the couches were located and then said if we needed her she would be around then walked away. We were able to take our time look around without any pressure. It was amazing!! Found a wonderful comfortable set and getting it ordered and delivered was easy. We highly recommend Value City in Westland and we will definitely be back.

Friendly sales team and didn't try to push you into something you didn't want. The delivery team was fast and showed up early! Great experience overall!
