The most amazing customer service from Alison and Gabrielle they were kind, patient and very helpful. They went over and beyond! They are both the best RSA’s I have come in contact with. They were very thorough and they both offered stellar customer service.

They were so helpful. Everyone was helpful. Nay was great and the new manager Q was awesome. She was patient, she handled the floor and even gave me a cute Christmas gift.

The employees including the manager were wonderful to work with. You are treated like family. Has been my home store for years. Bought my first phone their and have always come back.

Today I went to the store to ask about my bill and Alison was so helpful. Gabe was helpful and the manager Q even came out to make sure everything was successful. They don’t miss a beat. That’s my new store!

I came in to have my new phone activated and I was working with La’Naya. She was so bubbly and friendly. She helped me immediately. I didn’t have to wait at all. She walked me thru every step. I left with my new phone ready to use! . 100% recommend this store. And miss La’Naya!!

I have to say, Gabriel was AMAZING! He was very polite, he listened, and he was sympathetic to my problems. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting everything I was supposed to and spent a ton of one-in-one time with me in order to correct things on my account that were wrong. His good-nature and down to earth personality helped me stay sane when I was already stressed and overwhelmed with ATT customer service from previous experiences. He knew what he was doing and explained things to me well so I understood our charges, bill, and promos. I am very grateful that I had the pleasure to work with this representative. Alison was wonderful! She covered every reason we came in for in no time at all. She was very informative about the new technology I received and we had zero issues through the entire process. Took my daughter for a new phone today and Alison was great. So friendly and took her time with my daugher. She made sure she was logged into everything and all set up before we left. We will definitely be back to see her.
