I've been going to this location 4 to 5 mornings a week since 2020. Every morning Jess and Heather greet me with a smile and warm welcome. The facility is clean. I'm usually pressed for time, but I can always get a good workout in with no hassle. Sydney is great as well. The entire staff, really. I am relocating to another state for work and today is my last workout here. I'm going to really miss coming to this location. It feels like home.

Definitely an upbeat place. Very clean and then desk clerks are very attentive. I always enjoy my hour work out in comfort. It's the "Judge Free" Zone so they keep the atmosphere light. They have cleaning stations spread throughout. It's easy to clean after your done on a machine. The locker rooms are also very clean. Remember to use the Black Card club benefits. The hydro massage table is amazing! Plus tanning benefits and zero gravity massage chairs. Makes one feel amazing after a great work out. Reasonably priced memberships. Try it for yourself.

The employees there are a lot of help and super supportive and welcoming. It's super clean and filled with people from all over and many different backgrounds. Definitely highly recommend if you have goals set. Plenty of support here

Absolutely LOVE this planet fitness. I have been to several other locations and no other one has came close to this one. The staff members are always incredibly friendly and helpful. The gym is always clean. I try to go 3-4 times weekly and they are always cleaning. They acknowledge you when are arrive and when you leave.

Just started coming to this gym a few weeks ago and so far I am pleasantly pleased. I use to visit the 8 mile location. This location is new and a great size. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Sign up is quick and easy. I love that they have numerous machines so there's no waiting. Very clean facility and well ventilated. Bathrooms always clean. Very easy to see from the street, with decent lighting. Love coming here. Haven't tried out the black card perks yet but the room looks very clean and relaxing. The staff clean this gym several times a day and it smells decent to be filled with sweaty people. Lol

This location’s staff is second to none. Everyone is always kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

I love the entire staff ..I've had several personal trainers,but Travis is the best,..he's professional and he makes getting up coming to the gym fun to workout with him....Travis is an Awesome trainer and a wonderful person☺

This is my favorite planet fitness in the area! It’s always really clean/ organized, and the staff members are very friendly.

I've been coming here for about 1 year now, and this gym has the nicest staff I've ever had the experience of interacting with. They are nice, friendly, helpful and all of the other good things. I feel like this space is truly judgement free and they just want you to have the best experience possible. It's clean and always is clean, they do a good job handling the unsavory clientele and overall I look forward to coming here everyday and that is largely due to the staff. Some amazing people and I hope them nothing but the best.

I love the amazing customer service Jessica and Heather provide each morning, it brightens my day!! They know myself and my family by name and celebrate us on our birthdays! Seeing them each morning is a great start to my day! They deserve a raise and promotion!!

Been a long time since I got back to planet fitness. I really enjoyed that day Wednesday. Took that long hot shower. Did the bike twice 10 minutes for 68 and 5 minutes for 55. Did the legs 🦵 strength machine, try to do the hip adjustment but my right side just wouldn't take it so, I quickly got dressed and as I was leaving they had those two buckets up at the front of Tootsie rolls and fruitise rolls. It was a nice time!

I've been a member for a few years now, the wayne lolocation is by far the best one in the surrounding area. friendly staff, everyone has been curitsy of one another. Lots of good equipment. Set up is nice and convenient.

Emma was an absolute sweetheart! She was so helpful and so kind. Her attitude has completely made my entire day. She helped me close my account due to going back to school but I recommend this specific planet fitness to all of my friends and family. They truly treat you like family and are always so nice.
