Words can’t describe how lucky we were to find Garrett and Hillary! We were looking to sell our house—quickly and for the best price—and had already met with one other realtor. We were overwhelmed. But once we met with Hillary we knew we had the right person for the job! Not only was she so kind and real but working with her was amazing! We didn’t just get Hillary either, we Garrett and a whole team of wonderful supportive people! They worked together to help us get our house ready to sell and were with us every step of the way. They had solid, practical tips and solutions as we prepped the house to go on the market. With two young kids and a busy family, we appreciated their thoroughness, dedication and kindness. Because of this, our house sold in one day!! I could write a whole book of praise on this realtor team—because not only did they sell our old house they also found us our dream house! It wasn’t easy either—but they stuck with us all across Southwest Michigan for months—they knew exactly what we needed and were determined to help us find it! After a long search, we found our beautiful country homestead and are so happy here. It was so nice to have the realtor side and loan officer in one powerhouse couple. The only bummer is that now we don’t chat with them quite as often BUT we feel like we made more than just a realtor connection, we made friends. Make the call. You won’t regret it.

She was always responsive, listened to us, never pressured us to put in offers if we didn't feel like it (that was one of my concerns prior to starting the house hunting process), and we managed to find and close on the house a lot faster than I anticipated. Hillary and Garrett are the best. I could not have had a better experience with them on the refinancing of my home. Everything was quick and seamless, and they took their time answering all of my questions along the way (and I'm sure some of my questions were repeats!) They are truly focused on the client's needs and wants, and are great thought partners when looking to make big decisions. I felt supported and in good hands through the entire process. Garrett even took the time to make me a video, explaining all of my documents in detail. I really appreciated this, and it made me a LOT more comfortable when it came time to signing everything. Hillary had my portal set up as soon as I left their office and was ready to view homes immediately. Paige was also super helpful with keeping me up to date on all documents, in practically real time. Every communication with this office was amazingly quick!! This is SO important in this crazy real estate time we are in. RE/MAX Cornerstone also gives back to the community, and is highly involved in the area in which they serve. Their geographic knowledge and connections are top notch. If I move/refinance again, I'll definitely be going with RE/MAX Cornerstone. I would recommend them to ANYONE.

As a first time home buyer I wasn’t sure what to expect from a realtor. Rachel by far blew away any expectations I had. From the beginning she informed me what to expect during the home searching process and did an excellent job in helping my wife and I find houses that met our criteria.
