We love this place, the office staff and maintenance staff are the best I've ever had. You guys ROCK !!

Staff is warm, open and accommodating, it felt like we belong that's why we proceeded right away with our move in, they guided us throughout the process of our moving in and was patient about it. I commend Chelsea for dealing with our concerns, she was hands on about it as well as Tiara. When we called about a maintenance request, Chelsea put an order immediately and luckily it was fixed within the day.

My experience with the office staff was absolutely AMAZING! Everything was completed in a timely matter. Both ladies in the office are an example of greatness. I appreciate it and look forward to moving in soon.

After speaking with Ms. Chelsea I was ready to pack up and move in! I was sent a Vitual Tour. I saw a disgusting pic of bugs posted from YELP, however, I know people expect perfection from people, which none of us are. I'm coming from Texas and this place is pretty close to everything I am lookin for, minus the Elevator! At 73 yrs young and a knee replacement in the forecast, that was my only concern. The Units are broken into groups of 12 which is great! The grounds are beautiful. Very nice💛

After a few attempts of assuming it was resolved, finally the solution worked. Having patience and knowing it would be solved provided me with hope. The maintenance team is emailing and the Leasing Management team work hard to keep tenants happy with all that they have to do to maintain the property as well.

Today I got a brand new ac. Maintenance staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable after my ac went out a week and a half ago. They treated me with dignity and respect and took care of it in a timely manner and even set up a window ac while we waited for a contractor to do it. Photo is of the window ac

Everyone on the staff were warm and welcoming. Made the move in process very easy and answered any questions or concerns I had about the area. Chelsea was amazing 👏🏾.

Nick(Maintenance) is an exceptional worker and such an amazing guy, in general! He completely replaced our dishwasher with a brand new, right out of the box one, and explained everything thoroughly! If you need a guy to help you with anything maintenance-wise, Nick is your guy!

I have not officially moved in yet but the whole experience from the beginning this far has been easy , welcoming and great. The office staff is so friendly, warm and helpful. Out of the other places I had explored by far this was the best. I would recommend.

I enjoyed staying here. The property is beautiful. A lot of sidewalks and nicely cut grass for walks and playtime with my dog. The leasing staff was always available and responsive via phone and email. The maintenance crew was timely and effective whenever there was an issue. My apartment was the perfect size for just my dog and I. The apartments closet and kitchen doors and cabinets are a bit dated, but not too bad with the right decor. All of the neighbors in my building were respectful and friendly. Overall, great experience.

Everyone was nice and friendly. The area is clean and any time I had a problem in the apartment it was taken care of promptly. I have notice a problem with a entrance light, I reported it a few weeks ago and it still has not been repaired.

The light was finally repaired, it seem like it took a month after it was reported but it was done. I know this wasn't a easy fix because of where the light was located.

Our door was stuck shut, and Kim was amazing coming in to help for the 2nd time with our A/C truly 10/10 work!!

I had an amazing tour, and love my new home. I love it here so far and I'm extremely picky. So this is just right for me!

Anthony has done all of our maintenance repairs. He is the best tech you have! He always does a great job and is always courreous! Please reward him

My wife and I have lived here since 2021 and just renewed our lease for the 3rd time. After moving from a different apartment complex nearby we've been very pleased with living here, and the quality and upkeep of trash removal, snow removal, and general tidiness of common areas. Anytime we have a maintenance issue we've been able to get someone out within a few days max which is wonderful and they were VERY understanding and accommodating of us needing an emotional support animal. Any time we've had an issue I feel like I am taken seriously and heard which is a nice change of pace compared to our previous apartment.

The move in process was quick and painless and the office staff made us feel like they were genuinely excited to have us as residents here! The pool and shared areas are immaculately maintained and it's always a pleasure to visit when I have a reason to stop by the gorgeous leasing office, and all of our neighbors are lovely people that really make this place feel like a community.

The only negative I can bring up is that every time we've renewed our rent has increased to the point of us now paying about 25% more than when we moved in, less than 3 years later. We haven't complained about dealing with this so far because I do understand that inflation is a huge issue, but I would love for some of the appliances or shared utilities (like air conditioning that makes DTE bills upwards of $250 during the summer) to be updated here, especially since we do plan to stay here for at least a few more years. If our rent jumps up again without any updates or incentives we may unfortunately need to start looking elsewhere come renewal time.

I personally think that despite some outdated appliances; if you're looking for an affordable, safe, and cozy spot to call a home and start a family that Westwood Village is the perfect spot in the Wayne/Westland area.

I got a tour for the apartment the next day and got approved and moved in all the same day! Very professional and very nice place over all!

Property looks so good and office staff is super nice

I found Westwood Village Apartments by sheer coincidence. At first I thought it's far from everything I'm used to but the staff are beyond amazing, I forgot I forgot distance. Maintenance concerns? Done, check. (Peace of mind)
I love my apartment, I like that it's spacious and cozy at the same time. My job took me to another state, yet I refuse to fully move because I'm comfortable where I'm at.
Where else can you see beautiful mornings while sipping your drink?

Staff was honest, helpful, professional and knowledgeable ! I'm glad I stopped by
