The process was quick and painless and he was very responsive throughout the whole endeavor, which was very helpful since I live in Florida and the house being sold was in Michigan. TJ worked with us for over 2 years to sell our house. We originally contacted him when we were not ready, but wanted to discuss the whole "sell/buy" process. TJ jumped in walked through the house and pointed out everything we needed to do in order to get the house ready for sale. He is very honest & direct. Very let's get it done and helps get you where you need to be.

2 years later, we were ready to sell. He came in and saw we made all the improvements that he recommended. It wasn't just "oh yeah it looks good", he remembered us in detail. I truly felt like he cared. As he predicted, we accepted the winning offer after just 1 weekend showing.
