Stop going to Burger King around my house in Livonia of my granddaughter was in the hospital and wanted Burger King went to this place I'm washing off absolutely fantastic the food was properly made properly temperature the employees were polite I drive from Livonia to this one

Today, we had the most pleasant fast food worker ever. Very friendly and went the extra mile, making sure we had everything we needed.

Saw a few customers have order mixups but the staff was courteous and quick to fix the issue. Overall, the team working today had good energy.

Also, dining room and bathrooms were clean.

Fast and Great. The food is fantastic, like the BK of yesteryear!

The lobby is always closed whenever I visit, and they often have a sign on the drive thru speaker saying that they will be closing sooner. But the staff is great, and my order is always correct!

We came here to get milk shakes after being treated rudely at the McDonald's drive through, which was all out of shakes. The BK drive through attendant was super nice and called me "honey." 😍

burger king in near pittsfield plaza in ypsilanti michigan on washtenaw street next to Macdonalds, sent me an email saying thanks for my order.when i did not order a single anything! i want my money back on my card thats theft!......EDIT..that was then lets move fast forward to october 2023! best food wonderful fries and hamburgers! loved there lemonade and the service was great! i was given napkins in my take out bag. there was no attitude or a nonchalant affect,lol..i dont know what happened but this store has stepped up its game! and i love it:>)

I was on my way home from work after an excruciating shift where I worked 14 hours & the staff were extremely kind to me. I had asked for everything fresh because I just wanted a hot meal & a crisp drink to come home & relax with & they did that for me. The woman at the drive thru window was especially kind & asked if i was okay. Thank you to the staff for showing me just a little empathy, you guys made my night just a little more bearable.

Was staying from out of town and exciting to see a Burger king that I no longer have in my area. Food was great and store was clean. I was happy I got one of the paper crowns, but I was sad when nobody complimented me as I wore it all day. Just bc Im 35 doesnt mean I cant appreciate a nice Burger King Crown.

This might be the best BK ever. The staff couldn't be nicer, got us served extremely quickly and politely even though they were really understaffed. Even my kids noticed and commented. Anyway, just wanted to give feedback where it is due - and thank the staff for being there and friendly on a night ever everyone was struggling with the power outage conditions.

WORTH THE WAIT! Person working the drive thru had an attention to detail the likes of which I have not seen in this industry in eons. They gave us a double-stacked drink carrier, serving as a rigid carapace to protect ourselves from careless spills. Our order was fairly big, with 2 bags of food. They realized we were struggling to handle so much, so the lovely person gave us an additional large bag to help us handle it. Very attentive! Asked us is we had any further requests, even! We thanked them, and went on our merry way. Next came the oh-so-critical moment in every fast food experience. So many fast food restaurants have issues with getting the order right. To our delight, all of the meals had exceeded all expectation. I was nervous to try their chicken fries, but was incredibly pleased. They aren't as good as chicken tenders, but they were great! We had all the sauces and napkins we asked for. All the drinks met specification. A most memorable trip, and the finest fast food experience I have ever had in Michigan! Well done!

Order was fast, good, and correct. The service was great. I just wish their fried foods were a bit better.

I came here to grab a quick bite to eat for my lunch after getting off from my first job of the day, and I got the best service possible at this establishment. The food was very good and I'll definitely be back one day to see if this establishment can continue on with the great work that they did for me during my last appearance at this particular Burger King restaurant

I'm the Uber East driver so Burger King has been real efficient with the orders that I come and pick up and that makes it easier for me to get to my customers

Was very pleasantly surprised. Some of the best Burger King we've ever had. Everything was fresh and tasted so good. Very nice service and well trained staff.

Waiting in line for 35min sucked, but there wasn't a lot of options open on a Sunday night, let alone places open and properly staffed. So sans the waiting due to them only having two people in the building, the food was hot, the order was made perfectly, and the employee at the speaker was very informative.

Fast food is disgusting. Luckily for Burger King they have an impossible whopper so it makes them less disgusting 😂😂😂😅 if you're vegetarian you have to try this burger. I ate it without the bun 10/10

I got the bacon King and a kids meal burger for my grandson. I definitely recommend the bacon king every time. The staff was kind at this location and friendly. Place was clean as best can tell drive thru was quick.
