Capitol Coney Island

Let me say this place was very nice. When my family and I walk in we felt a tid bit out of place. We thought this place was something like whites only due to the nature of it course. But when we got there the entire staff welcomed us. Told us to have a sit and feel welcome. We ordered our food. It was amazing. Loved the pancakes. Loved the chili cheese fries. Loved the food. It was really good. Although this place is CASH ONLY.. BUT IT DEFINITELY WILL HAVE US AGAIN..

its a very old but its cleaner than 90% of restaurants we go to. The food is execellent!!!! Best coney's we've had in a long time. Stuffed cabbage was awesome. The breakfasts are great too love the oatmeal!!!!!! Bathrooms are old but very clean and that says allot!!!!! See you there!!!!!!

This place was truly a unique find! The food was great and the prices more than fair. The staff are friendly and definitely made us feel welcome. It's a small cozy little place that's worth every penny you spend.

Great Mom & Pop coney with great food, tons of daily specials, and plenty of charm. Chat with the regulars and enjoy a stack of blue berry pancakes. Cash only peeps!

My family and I have gone here many many times over the years the staff are so so sweet, lovely and kind its amazin how kind the owner is one time my ma, her friend and myself were having dinner here and a lady came in selling candy bars claiming she was homeless and she asked the owner if he wantes some and he said he is diabetic and can't have candy but yet he still gave the lady money to help her. It is very sad to see that people are not going here enough that they had to stop makin so many items because it would go to waste and the owner n his wife and kids are all so wonderful! The food is great, its fresh fast n innexpsesive. Check it out and spread the word!!

Best Coney Island you could ever eat at! And the wait staff is mostly family so they care. Not to mention they're all beautiful. And Bob the chef what can I say . He could make Gordon Ramsay look bad...

Their hash browns are the best and the fodd comes to you hot not Luke warm. Since I'm a fan of a good breakfast, and if I'm town I go to Capital.

Family owned fresh foods. Breakfast is awesome and coneys you cant beat. Whole menu is very home cooked fresh.

Quick fast friendly service...reasonable prices.. Breakfast is my favorite meal from here. Wide variety of menu items.

The waitresses here are amazing, hadnt been in years and they remembered us and what we liked to eat and drink!!
