My eleven year old daughter and I have been suffering from a number of issues with our property management and our neighbors. Our property manager pieced together a fraudulent paper trail, which she used to file a court ordered eviction. I was at a loss.

Then, I called MMLA.

The intake process is straightforward. It is not as *big and scary* as it may sound. Plus, the lady I spoke with was patient and understanding. She restored so much hope in our situation and I appreciate her for that.

Shortly after I spoke with her, I was connected to an amazing attorney, Max Tsai. Max is proactive in all areas. Especially, the way he communicates. Max assures his client(s) they are in good hands. Max is great at what he does. **In my opinion, Max has a “no nonsense” type of demeanor, and that is exactly what makes him an amazing attorney!**

Got the help I needed with Julia and Allen. Even when I didn’t see an adequate outcome in my future, somehow with persistence, patience, and consistency we were able to squeeze a bit of what I was owed out from the (would be) defendants.

Audrey was wonderful to work with. Intake can be a bit time consuming but well worth the effort for these people to represent you. Overall a pretty good of experience. Give them a call.
