The job Warner Restoration did on our roof was top-notch. Work quality from timeliness to installation to clean up exceeded our expectations. But the real jewel in our experience was the conduct of Jonathan Perez. From our first contact with him until the job was completed was extraordinary. He navigated thru the insurance process doing much of the contact with them taking the pressure off us. I called with a question on a Sunday apologizing for intruding on his weekend. He told me as long as he was representing us on this job he was ours 24/7 and we felt he meant it. We have lived in our home 40 years and dealt with all kinds of trade companies and reps but never have we met someone with the commitment and integrity of Jonathon. He was a blessing to us and will recommend him to anyone in need of roofing service.

They knocked on my door, looked at the roof, and said I had substantial hail damage. I told them I didn't want to deal with all of the hassles that go along with a new roof. They said that they'd handle everything they could - and they did.

They worked with insurance, me as needed, and I have a new roof. From start to finish took a tad over a month.

John M. and Stephan were especially incredible to work with. John in particular helped, explained, cleaned up, and did everything he could to ensure this was a positive experience for me - and it was.

I hope I don't need another new roof anytime soon but would definitely use them again if I did. In the meantime, I highly recommend them. They were great!

From the beginning and throughout the process, Katen and team were excellent in working to replace our damaged roof. They made a sometimes complicated process very easy for the insurance claim. Thorough and prompt communication with us and the adjuster. The roofing crew was friendly, efficent and did an amazing job in just one day. We are very happy with our restored roof!

They did a wonderful job on replacement of our roof! Alan was so through in bidding out the job and making sure everything was done right! The roofing Crew was a Father and his sons.They carefully put tarps down to catch the old shingles,they were so polite and meticulous in their work.. When they were done they cleaned up everything, you would never know they were here except the new roof.The next day Alan came over and used a metal detector, just in case a nail flew off and he did find about 5 of them. My husband,Rusty and I are very pleased with the work that was done. We highly recommend Warner Restoration.

I can not recommend Warner Restoration LLC enough! AJ and Nick were on top of their game and very professional on getting the repairs from storm damage fixed on my home. After getting robbed by another local contractor. Warner Restoration restored my faith in humanity by completing the repairs on my house in a timely manner. Love the finial results of the repair! Ronnie has been so kind and helpful from day 1! She is so knowledgeable in her field, and was nice enough to sit down with me and explain everything in detail about my options; how everything is going to work. Being a first time home owner can be overwhelming but Ronnie made me feel confident in my choices and responded to all of my questions in a timely response. 10/10 would recommend. Warner Restoration did my siding and roof last week and what amazing job done . I worked with Jonathan from start to finish . he was very reliable I had any questions he would respond to me fast. After the work was done he came a day after and did a FINAL WALK with me present to make sure everything was done up to my standards, cleaned up any nails left behind from the crew. Warner Restoration replaced our roof yesterday and did an excellent job. The crew was professional and courteous and did exactly what we were promised.
