Theses people are human! They go above and beyond to help. I’ve been trying to get a unique medicine for months as suggested by my oncologist team but the hospital they work in didn’t have access to it. Standard pharmacies don’t carry it either. Someone suggested Fairview and boom! They have it. I’m so grateful. I needed a mast cell stabilizer badly. Thanks for the save!!

Top Notch Customer Service. Best of the best. Everyone is super helpful with great attitudes, very low wait times. The pharmacists go above and beyond answering any concerns, and are very happy to do as many follow up question with you as you feel necessary. Helpful reminder system is set up for timely medication deliveries.

I don't think I've had better service with any company period (not just pharmacies). Every concern is heard, they've gone above and beyond to engage with other pharmacies on my behalf, it's shocking how good they've been given the state of most customer support services.

I switched to Fairview mail order pharmacy about a month ago and absolutely love it. My health insurance chose a different pharmacy as their go to and it was taking 14+ days to get my medications. When I called my health insurance to find a new mail order service Fairview was one they covered. Right now since I'm filling most of my prescriptions for the first time I call, but they do have an app I will try next time. Everyone I've talked to has been friendly and very easy to get a refill done through the representative. I've only been on hold once out of the 4 times I've called and it was maybe 2 minutes. I call on a Monday and the latest I got my prescription was that Friday. This time frame is based off current prescriptions with available refills. I haven't had to deal with no refills left at this point. Thank you Fairview pharmacy for saving from a major monthly frustration of the previous mail order company!

They have decent hours, answer the phone quickly with a real person, and have always been able to meet my requests in a timely manner. Shipped medications usually arrive to my door in 2-3 days and if there are issues with a prescription they call me and follow up. All things CVS and Target never were able to do.

Been getting supplies for my son's dexcom for a year and a half now and never had a problem. Prompt and courteous and always get supplies on time. I'm on the phone less than a minute to reorder, which is a breath of fresh air compared to other call centers.

The people here are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure I get the medication I need when I need it, and that my medication safe for me to take (due to multiple allergies and sensitivities to ingredients). Whether they are calling my doctors, making sure paperwork is in order, dealing with insurance yet again...and again (a reoccurring theme, unfortunately), they have got it covered. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done, and continue to do, to literally keep me alive.

This pharmacy when out of there way to cater to my situation, and I’m extremely grateful for it! Medication was good quality, the staff was very pleasant. I can’t attest for these negative reviews. I truly had a positive experience with this place!

As a health care professional, this pharmacy is easy to work with. They have wrap around services for specialty medications, and they follow through when the patient needs extra help. Appreciate the lack of phone tree when you call them.

They may only mail or career your drugs to you because it's a cancer care type drugstore. But I remained working through my treatment and this pharmacy is on my way home from work

I am so thankful for this service. They get us the specialty medications our kids need for cystic fibrosis, and they delivery quickly and on time. Thank you! Our service technician Danny is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond.
