Hirshfield's Apple Valley

My wife stopped in yesterday because she wanted to use the best paints for a toddler room she was decorating at Real Life Church in Roseville. Alex and his store manager were incredibly helpful, thorough, informative and attentive in not only the 14 colors they mixed for us, but in the tools they suggested and ultimately the budget they helped her stay within. She feels so much more prepared and their help was instrumental in saving the church over $3200 from the original quote they received. Way to go Hirshfields in Apple Valley!

Josh was amazing .I am the type who walks in and likes to be left alone to shop but he was so helpful in trying to plan my gray walls with gray cabinets and getting the right tones. Highly recommend anyone see Josh if they need help!

Went in for a replacement blind cord for a house I was working on. Even though I didn't buy the blinds from them, they still gave it to me for free. Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'd recommend them.

They had what we needed but it took awhile.

This place has gone downhill. Used to love coming here. Now they hang up on you when you call with a easy question and just now send you out the door without even mixing the paint. Then you figure it out when you get home that you just have several gallons of Un mixed paint. The service is quite poor these days.

Came in for wallpaper and waited while they attended another customer. The employees immediately went back to their desks after that customer left and didn't even acknowledge me as a customer despite making eye contact with me. I was the only one in the store at the time. I eventually asked if someone was going to come and help me but it turns out they had very little knowledge about it and told me to go to lakeville instead.
