Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis

We attended a Gala here so I don't have experience with the rooms. But, we did enjoy a drink and a dish from the small plates menu at the bar. The dining experience at the Gala was wonderful. The food was fresh and hot and the staff was all so kind!

We went for dinner at the seasonal “Nordic Village” dining experience at the Four Seasons. It was a very personalized experience. The cabins were cozy, comfortable, and decorated well for the Nordic feel. The food and wait staff (Riley was his name) were excellent as expected. All four courses served were delicious. It was expensive (also as expected for this top-tier establishment) but besides the dinner, you got the overall experience. A very romantic way to spend our anniversary and it was perfect.

We dined at the Nordic Village tonight and had an absolutely exceptional experience. The food was wonderful and every single member of the staff we encountered was personable and attentive. However, what really made this experience outstanding was the staff’s knowledge of ADA public access protocol. I noted on our reservation that I would be accompanied by a medical alert service dog. I was shocked to learn that the staff had a pre-shift meeting to ensure everyone was aware a service dog would be on the premises and to remind everyone of ADA protocol. As if that was not enough, the staff brought my service dog a bowl of water and a freshly laundered dog bed. This was such a refreshing experience. Usually, we are made to feel less than or unwelcome, and that certainly was not the case here. Kudos to the staff. I wish every establishment took this approach.

Our second stay at Four Seasons Minneapolis was a delightful experience. From the moment of arrival, the staff were incredibly welcoming, combining professionalism with a genuine warmth that made us feel truly special.

The in-room dining experience was a highlight. The food was particularly good. We especially enjoyed the pastries. Friendly service that accompanied each delivery added a personal touch.

Another notable aspect was the luxurious bath amenities, featuring Le Labo products.

The Four Seasons Minneapolis excelled in providing top-notch service and amenities. We look forward to returning.

I rarely get wowed by a hotel room but the Skyline Executive Suites were amazing. We had a corner room with unbelievable views of the Minneapolis skyline. The restaurant for breakfast was slightly lacking when it came to speed of the meal but when it did arrive it was fantastic.

Excellent customer service and exceptionally clean rooms. They have pools, room service, dining, valet, a spa. They had a play tent, books, slippers, robes and a stuffed animal set up for our little ones. Overall great experience every time we visit.

Beautiful downtown Minneapolis location. Indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs/saunas. Safe, clean, kind and friendly staff. Highly, highly recommend staying here. Food is also amazing.

Just an amazing place to stay. Sometimes hotels can be pricey and you don't really get what you're paying for but this place is worth it. Romantic , great service, great views. Loved the night here

I cannot say enough about the staff and entire experience here. I was very nervous traveling for my first work trip with my 2 month old. From the first phone call before our trip to arrange a refrigerator for breast milk to our last call down to the front desk to ask for late check out so that I could keep my milk cold, they could not have been more accommodating! The girl I spoke with prior to arrival not only arranged the refrigerator for us on site but also made sure we had a crib set up in the room (they graciously added a few gifts for us to take home - small stuffed animal and adorable book). Most of our interactions there were with Ty at the front desk and he was amazing! Thank you to everyone there for making our first trip amazing!

Top notch hotel. Very impressed. But they should give slippers to all guests at the gym. Very strange they don’t.

I was fortunate enough to be a guest at the Four Seasons Spa in Minneapolis. Everyone interaction I had...therapists, wellness attendants, front desk folks...was incredibly welcoming.

The space itself it gorgeous, immaculately maintained, and intuitive to navigate.

Despite all the pearl-clutching that can be found in the rest of the reviews for this place, I found it to be nothing shy of exceptional. Without a doubt, the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. The facility was immaculate and designed well, all the staff was friendly and accommodating, the amenities were more than generous, and the room was excellent.

I have never had a better experience than I did staying at the Four Seasons Minneapolis. We were greeted with welcome champagne, upgraded to a wonderful suite, and enjoyed dessert and champagne when we entered our room to celebrate our anniversary. It was my partner and my first time staying at a Four Seasons and we will intentionally seek them out from now on when we travel because of the impeccable experience we had. Appetizers and cocktails on the rooftop were great in the afternoon. Room service snacks were a great end to the best day. 10/10 recommend staying at the Four Seasons Minneapolis. We will be back!

had a really great time staying here. everything about this hotel was fabulous.

the staff are so helpful and kind. everyone was so nice to us during our stay. it was my birthday and we were offered an upgrade which was truly the best way to start. we also were treated to a bottle of sparkling wine and dessert in our room!

the pool area is great. it was pretty mellow while we were there, which we liked. in the evenings it gets a bit louder with music from the nearby restaurant (but empties out as the pool area closes at 9.)

the breakfast downstairs was lovely - we enjoyed the meals and the buffet brunch on sunday. chocolate fountain made me feel like i was 10 again.

special shout-out to the gym — that place is beautiful and well stocked. and the spa — i has a massage with a therapist who did wonders. again — staff were so damn nice.

really had such a great time here… can’t wait to come back!

It started raining as I was walking from the Metra Train Station to find my hotel. I ran into the lobby to call for a Lyft, and the security guard was accommodating. He introduced himself, and I was waiting, talked about all weekend activities. I told him I had initially tried booking there, but it was completely booked for the weekend.
It is a luxurious hotel, and perhaps when I visit Minneapolis Downtown I will book my stay here.

One of the best experiences we’ve had in a hotel. Would definitely stay again. Facilities are absolutely top-notch.

We live locally and were looking for a little luxury getaway and this did not disappoint. We took advantage of an offer through Amex and everything was credited and offered exactly as it was supposed to. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the facilities and rooms are breathtaking.

Very nice hotel, reception staff are awesome and friendly valet. Love this hotel everything is clean and well maintained.

Over the top amazing is the only way I could describe our stay. I came here for my honeymoon and it was perfect. All of the staff we came into contact with were so pleasant and nice. A huge recognition to Bowin, he was so professional, personable and accommodating to us and made sure our stay was extra special. We also went to Mara for dinner and it was phenomenal, both the service and the food. Hoping to come back soon.
