Bruegger's Bagels

The overall customer service here is great. I only had an issue once and management went above and beyond to rectify the issue and make sure it doesn't happen again. The employees here have been great. Our family will definitely keep coming back here and I recommend this location in particular to everyone!

Busy day and short staffed, but the three people who were there were grinding. The lead was talking up her people and everyone did a great job. 10/10

This was my first time going here. Service and staff was amazing at 6:30am. I got the Western on an all wheat everything bagel. So so good! I will definitely be back!!

Just moved here from a state where Bruegger's Bagels aren't really a thing. I needed a quick lunch and decided to stop by. Having never been to one, I was a little confused about how to order and the staff very kindly directed me to the counter.

I was not disappointed and have been back a couple of times since! Delicious food that accommodates my vegetarian diet. Leonardo da veggie is my go-to. I've worked in food service for a really long time and EVERYONE here is friendlier than they really have to be, which I appreciate.

This is one of my favorite locations. I am always greeted in a friendly manner and the workers are great! Highly recommend. The food always tastes great!

I’ve been going to the location for 5 years while living in North Loop and NE. I love ordering ahead and they always have my food ready along with my coffee. The manager with the blonde hair (don’t know her name) is the of the best! She always makes sure every customer is being handled in a timely manner. She also is friendly and greets everyone with a smile! She keeps/helps all the other workers stay up to speed when things get chaotic. I don’t have anything bad to say about this Brueggers. Fast service and friendly— what more do you need?

Best Bruegger's in town. They get the bagels right, the service is good, and the folks there are always friendly, no matter how swamped. Just wish you could tip through the app!

Picked up the Bakers Bundle this morning. It wasn’t as busy as usual so I got in and out fairly quickly. The Bakers Bundle is an excellent deal with 13 bagels of your choice and 2 - 6.5 oz tubs of cream cheese for $16. The bagels are delish. Easily as good as the bagels I got in NYC.
The service was also great. My savory bagels were packed separate from the sweet bagels❤ And the cashier saved me $ by suggesting the Bakers Bundle. A great way to start my day.

This Bruggers location clearly changed management a couple of years ago and has been excellent ever since. Was just reminded of this this morning when I picked up sandwiches. The staff is fast and friendly, and the manager even does a great job of upselling with coffee or other items without going over the top. Great job, keep it up.

I’ve literally never had a bad experience at this location. Bruegger’s has been my pregnancy craving and they always have the bagels I want. The staff is incredibly kind!

Go here all the time. Emily is super friendly and always a pleasure to chat with. Manager who's name is avoiding me right now is always friendly too. They both have my order memorized which always makes you feel good and welcomed. 10/10

Awesome, fresh and always 100% quality! What would I do without Bruegger’s? I don’t know, starve? The bagel God is still undefeated. I always lose my mind when I take a bite into the fresh baked bagel that immediately takes me into the bagel heaven where I am welcomed and guided through the rest of the bakery. Update 8/2/22: ordered a large last-minute catering order for 6am pickup... This breuggers has always delivered and always exceeds my expectations!!! You make my life easier when I have to set up breakfast for 45 at the office.
