10/10. This is my go-to place for any auto body work! I have been here for 2 separate issues (side mirror replacement and bumper replacement). Both times the work was completed in a very timely manner and the price was very, very generous when I compared it to using a large, corporate auto body shop like ABRA.

The aesthetics of the shop are not what you get at large, corporate shops but frankly that is not important to me given the quality work, affordability and service I receive at University auto and body repair. Thanks so much!!

Had my catalytic converter stolen, Bashar got my car diagnosed and fixed within a few days. He was so transparent about the timeline, where he would order the parts, and even lifted up my car to show me the damage underneath. He's such a nice guy. He also told me I needed my tires replaced, but didn't push this service on me and just said to come back if I notice anything wrong with them. I've had far worse experiences at big name auto shops trying to upsell me; this place is great for their honesty and treating me like a human being. We communicated mostly through text, which I loved since I tend to miss phone calls a lot of the time. I'll be coming back here for anything else I need.

They were great with communication, letting me know the cost and time estimate via text message and updating me when it was ready for pick up. Excellent service! My car had engine trouble the Sunday before I was supposed to drive to WI, he was able to take my car in immediately after calling and had the part replaced by that evening, same day. Very professional and well priced as well, I could not recommend this business more!

University Auto Repair did an excellent job with my vehicle, which required body repair to the back passenger side after a side scrape. They were friendly, reasonably priced, and did a high quality job buffing out the damage and painting the impacted portion to match the rest of the car. They had me back up and running in a matter of days with the impacted region looking like new again.

Great service at a great price. Fixed my car up same day.

A recent breakdown left me stranded on one of my last days of a 95 mile commute for work. University Auto Body & Repair accepted my tow and squeezed me in despite a full schedule. They even worked late to deal with unexpected issues to make sure that I was able to make it home. Very friendly and accommodating!
