Can’t say enough about the friendly service here. Vibes and atmosphere are great, but in my experience the personable service really made this place shine. MYSTERY COOKIE IS TO DIE FOR. I’m going back for the cookies alone! Sure, the burger is good—seriously fantastic job on getting both patties crispy without overdrying or burning them, that’s hard!—but oh man the cookies. The bowl of fries is deceptively small too, but there’s a lot of them. Really a shareable. Nice garlic seasoning.

Can’t wait to come back! Definitely recommend the nighttime vibes here, great place for friends or a date, etc.

Parkour is a perfect place to visit for a late-night cap or a last-minute meetup with friends. They have a full bar for classic cocktails and a special drink menu as well. The food menu is limited but perfect for small bites or a light dinner. The atmosphere is chic, urban, underground, and trendy. Be sure to go down some stairs to find the entrance!

Best burger I've had in Minneapolis. Drinks are creative and tasty. Atmosphere is great for a night out.

Burger is simple with only cheese and pickles, but it is all it needs. It's pricy for Minneapolis ($16) but well worth it. We also got the za'atar falafel which was solid, but not incredible. Fries were sharable but pricy and the only condiment options were a thick mayo and ketchup.

Drinks were solid, but lacked creativity for the $15-$20 price tag. The main thing you are coming for is the burger and the atmosphere.

Stopped by here on our last night in Minneapolis. A friend said we needed to have their burger and old fashioned.

Nothing disappointed!

We ordered a burger, chicken sandwich, their popcorn and cookie and WOW.

Jeff also was a great bartender and took care of us.

We look forward to coming back for more.

Entrance is a bit hard to see as it’s hidden behind a shrubby gate and picnic style tables.

There is metered parking on the street that is relatively cheap but it might be difficult to find on the weekends.

Overall, perfect place to get a burger in Minneapolis. This was recommended to us and we ended up going twice!

We tried the burgers here and this place is definitely popular. Our server was great handling a lot of tables during their busy happy hour. I thought the burger was a bit on the greasy side, but still enjoyable. We really loved their popcorn, wish I could recreate it at home. Definitely worth stopping by for craft cocktails and a casual meal!

Insanely delicious burgers. I’m seriously impressed with the burger and the food, as well as the atmosphere of the place, and the music.

Got these fries as snack from the food truck. They were delicious! They were juicy on the inside, and crisp on the outside. Can’t wait to try the full restaurant.

Edit: Visited the restaurant! We were not ready to have the best burger of our lives, but we did. Don’t order the chicken sandwich, it’s nothing compared to the burger. Fries were equally good here as the truck. 10/10

I'm so glad we made a stop here again.. it had been many years since our first visit. Always in search of the perfect burger, Parlour pops up often but it seems there is always a new one on the market to try. This burger is as close as you can get to perfection!
In addition to the food, the service here is top notch! We sat at the bar because we enjoy the human connection it provides, the people slanging drinks are so fun, always willing to answer silly questions and even offered up a little side sipper after our meal!
Please pay them a visit, try the burger and see for yourself why this is a must.

Parlour has an exquisite taste for the pronounced nostalgias of life. The interior satisfies any mood you might desire, and the bartenders are skillful to craft your perfect selection. Specifically bartender Jake creates the ultimate welcoming atmosphere, where you can trust any drink tailored to you will be a magical success with the broad range of ingredients & concoctions. This is a MUST & an instant classic in the neighborhood. Literally best burger in the twin cities too!

Rashod, Jake, Bell and Bear were amazing, we came out on a friday night and they were the best! Next time im here I hope to see the same team! The Parlour passed the vibe check. The drinks were amazing including the margaritas!

We came here around 10PM on a Thursday. There were a good amount of people on the patio tables and inside, but we easily found a table. The lounge area to the left of the bar was empty when we came in, but filled up with some patrons while we were there.

Great atmosphere. The place is dimly lit with cozy seating. Great music playing throughout the place, probably loudest in the bar area. The staff from the bartenders to the servers were all very friendly. They have amazing service.

The drinks are great. The drinks are very reasonably priced and they have their own nice speciality cocktails. The burger is delicious, sort of melts in your mouth. The popcorn is really flavorful combining unique flavors mixed in. I highly recommend.

Best burger I've had in Minneapolis. It's so simple but really tasty, I didn't even add sauce to it (ketchup).

The fries are a large portion and for sure enough for two hungry people.

The old fashioned is simple and done well - no frills and to the point.

The atmosphere is really cool, I almost missed the entrance because it is below ground but has windows. It's slightly dark inside and that makes it mysterious.

Service was great, our server checked up on us often but not too much.

On a Sunday evening, the place was busy but less than normally so. The burgers are always cooked fresh when they are ordered, never before. Loved the 80s playlist when we visited.

I brought my 86-year-old grandmother here for the first time. It was the best burger she said she has ever had. That is saying something because my grandparents used to have a burger every week! Atmosphere reminded her of NYC which she liked. Music can be a bit loud. Seating options vary. Parking - metered street parking.

We only had drinks so I can't rate the food. But we ordered cocktails and they were unique and delicious. Loved the ambiance, seating, etc. Wasn't too loud and could have a conversation with those around you. Seating at round tables, compfy couches, bar, etc. Great server. Hard to find a seat sometimes but I see that as a good thing - if a lot of people are there that says something.

Very expensive and not the best burger in the Twin Cities, but it’s worth trying once! The atmosphere is amazing and the burger and aioli are really good. There’s an upstairs and downstairs for different vibes.

Food here is amazing! As everybody else has said, the burger is amazing and the scotch egg was phenomenal. The fries are good and we got the Swiss aioli. Great little spot.

Trust me when I say this. It's one of the best burgers I've ate. Sometimes it's a little salty but I've ate there about 30 times and they are the most consistent on quality and taste. But it doesn't stop there. They have amazing fries with a delicious dipping sauce and I love that pickles on that come with it the burger. Then you top that with superb cocktails and you have a 5 star restaurant. Good service, cool environment. It's a must in book.($$-$$$)
