Allina Health Apple Valley Clinic

I have had a very good experience every time I have been to Allina Health Apple Valley Clinic. The staff is efficient and caring, from the physicians to the lab staff (especially Michelle) to the folks who welcome me at the check-in desks. I'm grateful to be an Allina Health Apple Valley Clinic patient.

Ive visited with Dr Neil Johnson @ Apple Valley Medical Center for a few years now, He’s extremely professional and knowledgeable. Focuses his attentions to quality of care which is kind and respectful. Highly recommended for anyone in search of a good primary care doctor.

A few years ago when the Apple Valley Clinic was acquired by Allina, they became out of network for me, so I had to find a new provider and stop seeing Dr. Hett. Medically it was the worst couple years of my life! I could barely stand the network providers and am so happy I can go back to seeing Dr. Hett again. And my recent appointment with her was fabulous! She is so detailed and attentive! Just an absolutely amazing doctor!!

Dr. Orandi is the best. Always friendly. Always checks the file to keep up to date. Discussed the shingles vaccine and I was convinced to get it after previously unwilling. The assisting nurse was just as awesome. The entire visit was professional, friendly, and complete. The nurse administering the blood test was also just as awesome. Very happy for their expertise.

I was referred to Heather Jensen for an issue I have struggled with for 3 months. I was seen on time. The staff was friendly and very competent. Dr. Jensen asked a number of questions, examined my foot and immediately correctly diagnosed my problem. Then I was given treatment and experienced almost immediate relief. I was told how long to expect the treatment to last and what to do if something changed. All in all, a very complete experience.

Dr Karen Barta is personable, relatable, knowledgeable and professional. I’ve seen her a couple times and will definitely remain a patient. All the staff at Allina Clinic Apple Valley were efficient, friendly and good at their jobs. Highly recommend!

My medical care has always been excellent. Dr. Johnson listened to my concerns and gave me a complete and full explanation relating to my issues and offered a couple of recommended treatments. All questions were answered fully and completely.

Dr Orandi has been my doctor for 20years and she is outstanding! She listens with genuine interest and concern. Shes explains things throughly, with great empathy, and has never steered me wrong in her assessments or recommendation. As I’ve aged and gone through what life throws at you, she has been a constant source of calm and reassurance.

It was very clean and lots a room for people in wheel chairs, they have stairs and elevators and there really fast like in and out.my experience was excellent I'd recommend it to friends and family for sure. I'd give them a Big fat 10

This clinic has great teamwork and provides excellent service from start to finish with efficient, professional and friendly service.

My nanny cut her finger while chopping vegetables, so I brought her to this place (for the first time). Registration took about 15 mins, followed by 15 mins wait, then 15 mins on vitals and Q&A with a nurse, and finally met with a PA who had to put 3 stitches on the cut. PA was awesome tonight 10/6/2023 around 5p. She was shadowed by another PA in training. Both had a good sense of humor. We were very happy with the overall urgent care experience.

I highly recommend Dr Schirmers in the Orthopedic Department!! I saw him for my knee pain and he recommended a cortisone injection! I will be getting a total knee replacement done, probably in January. Dr. Schirmers will definitely be my surgeon!! He’s always so patient and always answers any questions I have!! 🙂
