SEPHORA at Kohl's Apple Valley

During my visit to Kohl's this evening, I made a stop at Sephora in search of a full-coverage foundation suitable for addressing pigmentation and dark spots. The young lady that helped me last night. Her name is Grace. I approached her with my specific requirements, and she attentively listened to my needs. She guided me to an excellent full-coverage makeup that precisely matched my criteria, expertly selecting the right color.

I am compelled to express my gratitude through this review, as the experience was exceptional. Unlike my usual encounters at beauty supply stores, where employees tend to rush or overlook my preferences, this employee exhibited a remarkable level of attentiveness. It was evident that she possesses in-depth knowledge about the products and is dedicated to assisting customers in ensuring their satisfaction. I extend my heartfelt thanks and sincerely hope that she comes across this review, or at the very least, receives acknowledgment for her outstanding service.

They have many products with many different choices but a bit expensive, if I have to add.

If you're waiting in line at the register first, don't expect to be helped first if the sales associate comes up to the register with a different customer. Very unprofessional. The sales associate should have helped me first as I was already waiting in line for 5 minutes. I would have given 1 star but 2 stars since the 2nd sales associate that actually came and helped me was respectful. Will be sure to go to Ulta across the road next time.
