Andy knee at Kurt's made me feel very welcome. Answered all my questions, made sure my loaner car was working good, made sure my coupon was applied and Answered questions not pertaining to the reason I brought the vehicle in. Above and beyond care from Andy at Kurt's auto definitely recommend.

Kurths has always been a great place to take one's car. They're honest, help you with educating you on what is needing repair and seem to just be good people. I've been taking my car there for years and been very happy with their service.

Excellent service. They were wonderfully accommodating to me and service was so quick. They made everything very easy. I know exactly what they were going to do and how much it would cost. So happy with the work they did in the cost was very reasonable. I now have a safe car for winter. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back.

Update on Review from 3/27/2024 experience to today's experience 4/23/2024.
After leaving the review about my experience, I was contacted and discussed the situation. I agreed to bring my car in for the service I originally scheduled ( an alignment), as I haven't had time to go elsewhere. Upon safety inspection of my vehicle, there were MANY items of concern that needed to be addressed. I was not expecting such an expensive trip, but the areas of concern were not completely unexpected. New front tires due to driving with a bad alignment, some front suspension items, brakes all around ( I just heard them squeak a few days ago, so I knew it was inevitable) and a faulty water pump which was the only semi surprise item. After all its a 2012 vehicle.
Josh worked with me on some discounts, as well as directed me to the website for a coupon to use, to reduce the overall total. This was VERY appreciated!
I am changing my 1 star to 5 star after service, as I feel they went over and above for me.

Had an appointment for service. Per the website and text, you can drop off your car ahead of time. Went to drop off the night before, and their key lock box was not secure, basically a mail box anyone could open. NOT leaving my keys in something that is useless.
Also, their website defaulted my appointment to my boyfriends name because of past services, same email, number and address automatically set his name even though it's a different vehicle, when they text me, addressing him to confirm appointment, I explained name issue. When I texted later that evening explaining the car key issue, they replied apologizing and called me by boyfriends name again.
Too many strikes, I never brought my car in to have them do service. When you can not get the simple things correct, how can I trust your mechanic abilities?

I’ve been to kurths a few times due to owning an older truck and each experience has been great. Not only are the prices good but the mechanics there are even better! They don’t sugar coat things and I didn’t feel like they were trying to get more money out of me with bogus repairs. With every suggested repair, a photo followed to prove it. If I ever had a question they would thoroughly answer it and put things in terms I could understand. I intend to continue to use them as my main mechanic and feel you should as well!

They were able to get me in right away in the morning, offered shuttle service for drop and pick up and were very kind. They fixed my breaks & offered me coupons. Definitely the auto shop to bring your vehicle to.

Although I just walked in for info, the guy at the counter, I believe the owner, was very helpful! He gave me plenty of info, and the possibilities of they taking on the Lemon I bought at AutoNation Ford, in White Bear Lake . He was very patient and knows his stuff. Explained everything very well.

Transparent, low pressure, fast and friendly. Steve and Josh have helped me in the past - great work fellas. Thanks for keeping me on the road.

I have gone here since I was 1st time driver years ago and so did the rest of my family. They may not be cheap but they are honest which genuinely appreciated.

Great service, honest, and good people. Highly recommend. They go above and beyond. I've been a customer for a few years now and these guys are really the best you'll find.

Amazing service! Honest and friendly, and very reasonable prices. I'm not from Minnesota, I was working here for a few months and needed multiple repairs done to my Jeep. Kurths is the best auto repair shop I've found while traveling the country and working Uber Eats and Doordash. Thanks for service and great price!

Fabulous experience!! The staff at Kurth’s are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose an issue with my tires that had been missed elsewhere and also completed other general maintenance that was needed. They worked with my schedule to get my vehicle in when it worked for me. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the completed work and communication throughout the process. Honest, fair and kind. I have definitely found a home for all of vehicle maintenance/repair needs. Thank you!

Had my batteries checked. They gave mea power pack and a loaner car to get my truck started. Since my roadside assistance never showed up, called or answered my phone call.
Pete, Josh and Andy were so awesome to work with. I have never had a problem. With bringing my vehicles to them. Once the factory warranty was up i bring my cars to them. Top notch shop!

Excellent local shop for Oil changes and auto service. Got vehicles in right at appt time, fair pricing and friendly staff. I will go back.

best price for a used car inspection in the Twin Cities! I found Kurth's because I bought a car from a woman who recommended it for the inspection and said that's where she's always had the car serviced. they were very thorough and suggested saving on labour by bundling getting work done, when they found a surprise part that needed replacing they didn't charge me extra labour, AND still finished my car a day earlier than expected!

Am incredible team who will ensure the work is done right. Andy, Steve, Josh, Sam... All the guys I've worked with are solid and kind. Even common mistakes they'll fix with honesty and humility. Even to hear "you can do this yourself, here are some tips" is encouraging for a guy like me.

I’ve serviced my car twice now at Kurth’s, and will no longer go anywhere else!! I’m so happy I found them. They accommodated my schedule at the last minute, and squeezed me in before a road-trip that I was taking. The staff is friendly, professional and honest. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, and I have confidence in their work. Overall, I highly recommend this shop. They actually care about their customers and take pride in their work.

Honest techs, nice people. Helpful. High quality work is obvious. Good local business. Not the most convenient for minor maintenance—long waits. But I’d absolutely trust them for any major repairs or service.
