Saturday morning I ordered a party toy online... paid for it, the works. Waited for the email to come in that I could pick it up... by showing my ID and the purchasing credit card. When I got to the store the clerk & I exchanged a couple of jokes. I thought it odd that they swiped my card...but just figured it was verifying. Nor did I pay attention they handed me a receipt. FF four days later checking my visa bill online. Oh no... swiping my card was charging me... a second time. I just threw away the receipt yesterday!! I tried to dispute online but the charges were Fantasy Online and Fantasy Gifts, also the charge amounts differed by $0.12 so Visa didn't see it as a duplicate charge and told me to contact the merchant. So I attempt to go to the story with nothing buy my story and visa bill screenshots.... ugghh this seems so scandalous... Here's to hopefully, not hoping, that this has happened before!! I entered the store told Kelly what happened...showed her the item... she asked if the employee had a mohawk? I said I couldn't recall but I know I wasn't sure so I referred to them as they. Kelly said it was them and they go by he. She called the owner who looked up the sale... and would refund me! Oh.... THANK YOU!!! As we discussed it I said I'm sure it was confusing since I handed the credit card like I was expecting to pay.... and since she was so understanding and helpful and not near the hassle I thought this was going to e, I appreciated her and her assistance!! Here I am just over an hour later, checked my email....and... the refund is already there!! Not just there but was there since immediately after I left... 10:09a. THANK YOU Kelly & Fantasy Gifts foo you prompt assisatance and hassle-free correcting the error. I am so appreciative!!

They had a good variety of products and the staff were very helpful. They knew everything about the products they sold, unlike another establishment.

I went here a few weeks ago to get something for myself and when I walked in, I was the only customer in the store and there was a young man behind the counter. I was a little uncomfortable... To my complete surprise this guy was very professional actually recommended a product to go with my purchase and put me at complete ease.

This is definitely a fun little shop for when you're feeling naughty. ♡ The woman (manager) who was working when I visited was just amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all products I questioned her about. She asked about what specifically I was looking for and was full of suggestions. Best of all, she made me feel comfortable. My shopping experience was super fun because she was so open and more than happy to assist. I found some really
great products. The pricing is pretty average for what I'd expect from this kind of novelty store. My only wish would be more selection.

This store was clean and well organized. They have a decent collection and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. It doesn't feel weird walking in and the staff were personable, kind, and knowledgeable when it came to their products. The prices are a little high but not as expensive as others. It's a much better experience than Sex World (in my opinion). I will definitely be back in the future!

This was my first time buying a toy in a store, so I felt a bit awkward walking in since I like to keep my sex live private. The staff immediately helped put me at ease with how professional and respectful they were. I asked for a recommendation on a product and they were knowledgeable and able to give me options. Thanks to them, I went away with a great product and more confident buying items here in the future.

I love this place, they usually have anything your looking for. The staff are great, friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to the products. So if you want to spice up your sex life or get to know yourself in a whole new way, this is the place to be.

Sorry to say the lame old saying but it truly wasn't for me , that's the sign on the wall but it's for my daughter whom like to visit and shop here the employee was really nice new how to instruct her on her purchases and gave her a new punch card 😀 I was surprised 😮 she had one already but yea there you go I recommend it..

The vibe and energy was welcoming the employees where great answering questions on the products and was able to give great feedback they were also very knowledgeable

MICKEY was super knowledgeable down-to-earth, discreet and more than anything deserverved of a raise of some sort or some kind of bonus because that's a heck of a salesman/saleswoman.Then just to find out that if I come back to see her it won't benefit her at all which was pretty disappointing because we couldn't have had any better service.

I don't remember the chicks name that helped me here but she was SO FRIENDLY and helpful. She's quite the sales person and should be promoted immediately. She wasn't a "sales person" she was completely sincere.

Went to get a gift for Christmas on 12/18/2021 and the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about what I wanted and I felt completely comfortable with all my questions.

Fiance is coming back from deployment and I decided to go shopping at fantasy gifts. I gotta say, the lady working on 7/31/19 was so helpful and answered so many questions! She was very knowledgable in the products and recommended me some great items. Was gonna go to sex world but parking was a pain and it was a long drive during the traffic hours and now im so glad I came to this location! If a manager is reading this, I would definetly love it if you guys sold Plan B pills or other forms of contraceptives besides condoms! Would be a perfect combo!
