The design team recommended we get the house painted because our kids & pets really left their. Tim's painting crew was at our house in days after we made contact with them. That blew our mind in this busy market.

Tim walked us through the real estate sales process. Which can be very overwhelming. It was a relief to know we had someone with all Tim and his teams experience in our corner.

Working with Metropolitan Home Team was an amazing experience. Both Tim and Diana are extremely knowledgeable in their trade and made the experience quite pain free. These guys are pros. They are second to none. They were recommended to us by our friends. For 4 days straight they would show us homes both in the AM and PM. The night before we would pick homes that we wanted to see in the AM. We would give them another list later that day and they would arrange showings after 4 pm for those homes. Again this was for 4 straight days. They care and it shows. During negotiations Tim worked while on vacation to make sure we got our home for the right price.
