White Castle

I was there this evening and my food had been sitting for sometime and I had been waiting longer than 12 minutes so one of the employees asked what my mobile order # was and remade my order and handed it to me. I thanked him greatly and was truly impressed with his can do attitude and work ethic to make it right for the client even though I had not asked for it. I am truly appreciative of the whole process and like at White Castle, specifically that location differently.

I’m from California, so White Castle is always a treat for me when I’m out here in Minneapolis. I ordered the double cheeseburgers and double cheeseburgers w lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. They were fantastic and made to order. Fries need improvement, but not terrible. Service was friendly and quick.

White Castle isn't just a fast-food joint; it's a cherished memory lane that leads straight to my childhood. My dad, a man of simple pleasures and a veteran who knew the value of a good meal, would take us here religiously once or twice a month. Every slider and onion ring carries the echoes of those precious family outings, filled with laughter and shared stories. So, when I sink my teeth into a White Castle burger, I'm not just tasting the flavors; I'm reliving the warmth of those moments spent with my dad, may he rest in peace. Thank you, White Castle, for being more than just a restaurant; you're a portal to some of my fondest memories.

I thought I had left/lost my purse at this location. The staff was very helpful with keeping me calm, going threw my steps while at the store, etc. They also had upper management reviewing the tapes within minutes of me requesting it. Thank you for going above and beyond for me during this frantic time. I greatly appreciate ALL of you!

Remember the Original KFC Chicken Little in the small bun with the thin chicken patty for $.39? Reminiscent of the Chicken Little is the White Castle Chicken Slider. Get it without cheese and add mayonnaise and pickles to complete the memory!
The grounds were clean and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The restroom facilities were also clean.
We visited on September 1st, 2019 at 11:45 a.m. The dining room was nicely decorated and had a big screen television on one wall. If you order a drink, the fountain offers a plethora of options for your drinking enjoyment.
I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the mood for fast food and find yourself in the area.

This is a good White Castle location.
The staff is comprised of real & down to earth people.

I went to this white castle a few days ago I went with my friend we played a game of chess and enjoyed our food the white castle that was on lake street has now closed I will be going to this one it was very nice I really like this restaurant thank you very much

They are open 24 hours and great service employees are very helpful and friendly as well

came in after hours for the lobby, even so, they helped me out and got me my food. they didn't have to. they were amazing to work with. A+

Awesome location with helpful workers. I arrived *very* late on a Monday night, and the staff was welcoming to me and helped the care of me and deescalate a situation between myself and another customer who was a bit confused.

I've been coming to White Castle restaurants for 40+ yrs. And this was the most pleasant visit ever. We were greeted warmly upon entrance. The space is bright, modern, and clean looking. The workers were friendly, helpful, and engaging. Food hot and fresh. With the way customer service is nowadays, a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Breakfast was made HOT and RIGHT and the staff was nice and friendly keep up the GREAT job White Castle

One of the best white castles I've been too hands down, great group of employees, fast, friendly, efficient. Food was fresh and tasted fresh, not like old grease or over used gease. Honestly it's the only one I really go too, lines can be long but they're quick and worth it.

Order took a bit long and the employee gave us free drinks for the wait. Awesome customer service! We didn't even complain about it they just asked if we wanted them.

Slow service but excellent food!

Really easy to get to location. Lots of parking, right next to the Holiday gas station. Other than that the food and service is typical White Castle.

I really like this location! The food was cooked perfectly, and the employees were really nice. We brought our two toddlers with to eat in and the place was nice and clean. We will definitely be back!

It's White Castle perfect for any mealtime of day morning noon or night 😆
