Private dinning rooms are the best..

Came to the Rand Tower club for brunch and had phenomenal service from Ernisha. Ordered the omelette which was well-made to French perfection. The omelette included mushrooms and Gruyère cheese and was light and fluffy. My wife had the traditional breakfast sub a croissant for country toast. Once again The food was really great but we were the only people in the restaurant. I hope that will change soon for this beautiful establishment.

We will definitely be back.

Rooms were amazing and the view was beautiful. Nice time to stay since the winter isn't too bad. Check in was pretty simple. Wish it was an easier option to get ahold of front desk once the doors lock instead of me having to call the number listed on the sign they post on the door. I understand the reason to lock them however. Location is also great! I had a couple questions during my stay there and Ashlee was great with answering my questions and giving us some great options on what to do when in town! check in was fast with her and i had no issues . Will be back in the future! Great staff and building.

Loved everything about the place especially how comfortable the beds and pillows were. The only downfall was the bar on the 5th floor. Had a few drinks at other places then ordered a vodka cranberry and did not feel that great the rest of the night I couldn't even finish it, and the one drink was $19 and change. Everything thing else was amazing

Beautiful rooms, great service, and friendly staff. I did the park and stay rate and it was pretty straightforward and easy to navigate the parking garage (hotel entry is on the second level). Car was fine for our whole stay and we had in/out privilege. Ate at Blondette and the staff were very friendly. Wish they had a few more options on the menu but still good. Wish the hotel room bathroom wasn't a sliding door for more privacy but it was fine. They could also add better signage for the service elevators as you can only use the elevators on the left side and it can get disorienting once you're on a different floor (we accidentally used the service elevator once).

Very large, clean rooms with an incredible view of you're lucky enough to get a high floor. The building is absolutely incredible with amazing details in craftsmanship. It's located close to everything downtown Minneapolis. It has access to the skyway system and is only a block from the light rail.

Stayed here while visiting Minnesota for a Bears-Vikings game. Very nice room, comfy bed, clean and quiet. Bathroom/shower were great, especially for taller guests, no bending or crouching to get under the showerhead. The hotel is within walking distance of the stadium and easy to get to. There's also a public parking garage next door that connects to the hotel, pretty handy. There's a bar in the hotel but sadly they were closed after the game so I can't say anything about it.

I'm a MN local and Marriott Platinum who's stayed at countless places downtown and find myself so annoyed by reading 1 star reviews stating front desk told them parking was included and that they charge more than the city. First of all, the parking ramp is not city owned. Second, anyone who knows anything about Minneapolis (or any large city) knows there's no such thing as parking included downtown. No way anyone told customers that. 3rd, posted rates are for the day, not 24 overnight parking. It's a business district... $15 is for people who park during their work day. Read their website, app, literally anywhere and it's clearly stated parking isn't included and that it's $37/day. Don't blame friendly Frontline employees for your ignorance.

The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants and venues. The customer service is top notch! I came to the cities from Duluth to attend a show at the Armory

Cool historic hotel. Room was small but well appointed and comfortable. Room service and breakfast were OK, all paper cups amd such, I would have expected something a bit fancier.

I have visited Minneapolis countless times. This was my first time in this hotel. It was wonderful. Strange stand out features - great water pressure and very hot water in the shower, and I was able to turn the fan on for the best white noise all night. I slept like a baby. Rooms are fresh and new as well. I wish I could have stayed longer to try a restaurant or bar there.

We traveled for a Vikings game and stayed here. It’s an easy indoor walk to us bank stadium through the sky walk which will also take you through a mall and past several places to eat like chipotle subway and brueggers bagels etc. As a former traveling field technician this hotel has by far the most comfortable beds and down pillows you’ll find in a hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean. I recommend checking in on your phone app because their system can crash. Parking ramp is easy off Marquette ave but don’t park there if you have a large vehicle. I have a small car, a Volvo s60 and couldn’t make the turns upon exiting without backing up. The walls show hundreds of bumpers have scraped them. I went to the Rufus bar in the morning to grab a simply orange and an apple juice and was told $14 so I left without them. Although I’m French and would’ve enjoyed eaten at the blondette we had to get to the game our first day. There’s a crepe restaurant next to the hotel in the skywalk but I enjoy sausage links with my crepe which I didn’t see on the menu so I passed.

This was my second time staying at Rand Tower and everything has been amazing both times. The front desk staff, particularly Gabrianna, are incredibly warm and welcoming and greet you as old friends while giving you all the information you need about the hotel. The rooms are always beautiful and clean, and the area has lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. 10/10 🫶🏻

What a great hotel. The front desk person, Gabby(Gabi?) was absolutely amazing. Such a great attitude and a pleasant welcome to start my stay. Very informative about the building and it's history. She picked what she said was one of her favorite views from the hotel and she wasn't wrong. It was beautiful. The room was clean. The restaurant was beautiful, though I only went for drinks. The staff was very kind and attentive, especially Magdalena(sp?). The hotel is in a great area, in my opinion. I would highly recommend staying here.

The Rand Tower is one of the coolest historic hotels I’ve stayed in. The art deco architecture is ornate and extremely well-preserved, the rooms are superb, the restaurants and bars are first rate, and the overall vibe is hip and inviting.

Although the building footprint is modest, it’s an elegant tower with a fantastic conversion to luxury hotel rooms. Our corner room, near the top of the tower, had spectacular views of the downtown scene. The enormous original windows are covered with a second pane, making for a remarkably quiet stay. The ultra-modern bathroom is spacious and well designed. With high ceilings, great light, and luxurious furnishings, our suite was a charming and relaxing space. I did read that some of the rooms are smaller so don’t come here if you prefer a sprawling suburban hotel; do come if you appreciate beautifully restored art deco design in a unique and historic building.

First time staying here and will be back. Very good value for an upscale hotel. Indoor parking is right next door, but it is a little confusing getting into the hotel. We figured it out, so you will, too. Nice, clean roo.s. Downtown near lots of bars and restaurants. We use Uber to get to our events, and it was very easy.

I travel to Minneapolis on occasion for business and this was the first time I stayed downtown. I'm so glad I did! If you love art deco design, then you'll love this hotel. It's been refreshed so everything, including the rooms, looks and feels modern. The room was luxurious and quiet and the bed/bedding was very comfortable. I slept like a baby. There was a bit of a line at check-in but the front desk staff was friendly and got everyone checked in quickly. It's centrally located and in a safe area. I was able to walk to the Target Field (10 minutes) and the Stone Arch Bridge (20 minutes) while enjoying the beautiful architecture all around. I traveled to/from work by Lyft and it was very easy to get a car with minimal wait. One evening I even walked about 3 blocks to catch the 3A/3B bus to attend the Minnesota State Fair ($5 roundtrip; 25 minute ride; came every 15 minutes or so). As for the hotel dining, in addition to their high prices, the menus offered by the Bar Rufus and Blondette weren't terribly appealing to me, so I opted to eat elsewhere. Fortunately, I found good options within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit!

Amazing place! Rooms were quiet, modern looking and very clean. The staff were all so helpful and kind helping us check-in after our flight. The 5th floor eatery was beautiful and had great drink options. Definitely will come back!

Small boutique hotel located in downtown Minneapolis, very walkable to most restaurants, stadium, and businesses.

First things first, this is a small hotel, but still upscale. Not much of a lobby (think a few small tables), but a nice bar / lounge area (super pretty as well). Reception is tiny. But staff were nice and got me to my room very quickly.

Not many rooms per floor, so easy to find your room. The rooms are decent sized, for a city hotel, but cramped if you're trying to fit a family. Views are OK, though I don't consider downtown Minneapolis to have the prettiest of skylines. Rooms were modern and furniture was not overly worn. Bed very comfortable.

Amenities worked well, internet was fine. Bath products were nice and luxurious, definitely didn't feel cheap. Didn't use any of the other facilities, but keep in mind this isn't a huge resort hotel or a 1000+ room place, it's somewhere located in the heart of downtown that's close to the action.

Perfect location downtown. Not sure if it was a special weekend but the downtown area was quite empty and perfect for walking around. Nice and clean hotel and felt very safe there alone. The front desk staff was very friendly as well.
