Fantastic! Susan Haub and her husband, Patrick go above and beyond as insurance agents. A couple of years ago, I ran out of gas and they both came to help because it was easier and faster than the service truck. I also recently had storm damage and they both showed up at my house to put me at ease with my claim. Not only are they good agents, I now consider them friends. Highly recommend!!!!

I've had at least one policy with Susan's team since 2016. They are wonderful to work with. They are always in high spirits and happy to help with creative solutions, even when my life situation has been complex.

One of my most memorable interactions with them is when I lived in Uptown. I went with a cheaper competitor for my Auto, and they didn't push me to stick around. Susan Haub has been my insurance agent for over 10 years. I have had renter's, homeowner's, and car insurance with her. She, Patrick and her office staff have always responded quickly and professionally to any questions or concerns I've had.

From car and renters to now home and multiple family vehicle policies including a major accident, storm damage and other claims and NEVER a problem. I highly advise people to check them out. Rates can initially seem a bit high but when you put in a claim and have no hassle with coverage you will see it is well worth it.
