Everything I purchase online arrives at the store fast and exactly what I ordered. People in the store are always helpful. Just had an appliance delivered and it was on time as scheduled. The delivery people they use were professional and fast.
Well done Rochester Home Depot!

This Home Depot location is hands down the best location I’ve ever been to. It’s obvious they prioritize customer service. In most Home Depot locations, it’s a struggle to find & flag down a staff member for help. At this location, there are an abundance of staff willing to go out of their way to help you find what you need or answer your questions, even during peak hours. I’d give you 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

I frequent home Depot and love getting both things for work projects and around the house. I'm a little disappointed they stopped carrying pads for my floor machine but if there is no demand I understand it. I have a couple go to stores in Rochester and Home Depot is Definitely one of them.

This Home Depot is a Home Depot, so we all understand what it's about. This one is clean, well stocked, and I've always had a good experience interacting with customer service or employees out in the aisles. Those three elements are a 10/10.

However, what dials this Home Depot up to an 11/10 for me is Jesse, the front door greeter. You may find this review ridiculous, but it's likely because a.) you've never had Jesse greet you at the door in his signature bowler hat, or b.) you've met Jesse, but you can't shake your cynicism.

Jesse is the man. He's the happiest and most genuine person I have regularly encountered in the city of Rochester. My kids love him. His joy spreads, and he just lights the place up.

All other things being equal, I'd choose Home Depot over Lowe's simply because they don't have a Jesse. Keep it up, man.

Absolutely Love My Home Town Depot!! The Gentleman who greets you has the Best Laugh Ever!! He is such a awesome human!! He makes sure everyone is Greeted!!! Rock on Handsome!!!

Had a great experience at this Home Depot. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, Mike especially that cut our wood for our new cat home. Thank you so much you guys made my day!

When we rented a penske truck from here and they made sure we got the right one we ordered. It was quick and easy to pick up and return.

I had an issue with a special order over the last couple of days- was able to speak with the Pro Desk manager (Scott) today, communication was fantastic regarding resolving the issue and all was fully resolved before noon. Thank you for making things right, Home Depot!

The kids and I love going to the Home Depot for their Saturday morning kids project once per month. The staff are very friendly and the kids really enjoy building and painting.
Home Depot usually has everything else I need for my home improvement projects.

Good selection of Dewalt and Milwaukee tools and usually have some good sales.

I was building a fence and Mike from the lumbar department helped make great recommendations and helped me load the wood onto the trolley and into my truck. Matthew helped to forklift bags of concrete from the front of the store onto the truck. Mike, Matthew, and Torin were so nice and helped me load all 200+ pieces of wood and 3000lbs of concrete onto my truck. I can’t thank them enough!!! They deserve the highest praise and recognition!

The customer service at Home Depot is above many other home improvement stores. The one place that I cannot seem to get attendance is in the kitchen countertops area. They are understaffed for the number of customers that need help. I have been waiting several weeks to speak with someone to try and purchase countertops, to no avail. However, everywhere else staff members are helpful. When in the kitchen area my husband noticed a built in microwave on the shelf we had been trying to purchase since September 2020. We were elated to see it. A nice staff-man assisted with finding me a cart and taking it off the shelf. Our overall experience was great and our trip was productive, minus the countertops area. We'll keep trying.

I went to Home Depot today to get an item that I found online l, the web page said it was available at the Rochester store. I had trouble finding the item when I arrived but Haley asked if I needed help, she looked the item up and found that it had arrived today and probably wasn't out on display at that point. She checked with the crew in back who thought it would be warehoused above one of the display aisles on the sales floor. Haley kept working until she found it, I'm still amazed that she saw it, I couldn't even after she showed me where it was! Thank you for your excellent customer service!

If they forget to change price tags they give you the marked down price!

Not from Minnesota but recently had to rent Penske trucks from Home Depot here and the gentleman that works this department was so kind and patient and really outstanding costumer service. Dave was awesome! Highly recommend renting from here verses any other truck service.

Morgan in customer service was top notch. She went above and beyond to assist me with a return plus looking for a lost online order. She called all the appropriate people at Home Depot to make sure she got it resolved. I would hire her in a heartbeat!

We came to purchase stain for our log cabin and paint for the trim. Maggie was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable!!!!! She helped us from start to finish pick out the best stain and paint and colors to make our job look fantastic!!!! We highly recommend Maggie from the paint department!!!!! What an asset she is to Home Depot!!!!!

The staff at this location has been wonderful. The gentleman who typically greets at the main entrance is such a gem. He always brightens our day. When we purchased carpet for install by Home Depot, we ran into issues from the install team at corporate but the staff in Rochester assisted us and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. The install turned out great by their professionals too.

So helpful so knowledgeable to make you feel like you're part of the team there
