Hennepin Healthcare Whittier Clinic & Pharmacy

I've been using this pharmacy since since April of 2013.! For some reason, I suspect my phone or it may be operator error, I'm not good at entering my prescriptions into the system using my phone pad, so the Ladies in the Pharmacy have always helped me and they're always very polite and helpful over the phone. I live on the North side, so it is a bit of a Trek to get over there to get my meds or see my primary physician. I've been pleased with Whittier since 2013. And I have no reason to leave the good clinic in my mind. So here's to many more good years to come! Thank you Whittier Clinic For doing a Good Job and genuinely caring for the people... Thank You.

Shout out to Gerard D, the pharmacy employee who asked me all the right questions so I got my medication for less expensive than I thought it had to be. Life saver.

I was concerned about going to this clinic when I read all of the negative feedback on this clinic. This is the first time I had used Hennepin Healthcare & Whittier Clinic. I found the reception friendly and efficient. The wait took a bit longer than I had expected but when I saw the doctor for the first time she is EXCEPTIONAL!!! None of what I read was true in my experience. The doctor took as much time as needed to answer my questions and talk about my heath concerns. I will not hesitate to return to Hennepin Healthcare & Whittier Clinic.

Had an appointment today with Elizabeth Perkins. She was kind, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. Elizabeth listened well and spent ample time with me working through my questions. She and the clinic staff also helped me with MyChart, which saved me a return trip to the clinic. Excellent healthcare service provider!

Health care is really tricky, it’s not standardized every where and staff burnout is real. With that said, I’ve come to the Whittier Clinic several times and experienced a staff that is in tune with the neighborhood and patients. The multilingual staff do a great job of taking care of patients and security says hello or gives a nod of acknowledgement of every time I’ve come through the door. My physician thus far is great and I’ll continue to make this my hub for health. Be well folks.

I have been going to Whittier Clinic for several years, and I can't say enough good things about it. They have courteous and professional staff, a modern and collaborative environment, and take a wholistic approach. They also provide online access to test results and appointments, as well as easy access to prescriptions. Best of all, they spend time with me, take my input, and resolve my issues in a timely way. I highly recommend the Whittier Clinic!!

Went there for the first time. Easy to make appointment. Seems very busy clinic but I didnt have any delay. Doctor is talented, very professional. Other staff is friendly. Drug store is within the clinic, reasonable wait time. Definitely recommend it to my family.

Compared to my awful experiences with my former pharmacy this was a refreshing needed change from great communication to simply nice people to engage with. I found this to be both pleasant and fast service.

I love Whittier Clinic more than I can put into words. The compassion of the people who work there cannot be matched. I drive all the way down from Duluth (2.5 hours) for my appointments with Dr. Haddow and would drive further if I had to. I cannot recommend this clinic or Dr. Haddow enough.

Love Whittier - from the front desk, to the doctors/nurses. The lab personnel in particular are the best I have come across - they deserve special recognition! They have brought humor, compassion and their expertise to every encounter.

I've been there twice now and each time everyone is awesome! Nurses to doctors, pharmacists to receptionists. I took a primary care doctor there. I ALMOST want to get sick just to visit.

So much nicer then having to go to the main hospital downtown although they have limited amount of things they can do here
