I implore you to remove the slanderous and review full of lies posted by Shannon McKenzie, a woman who has never actually taken a pet to this clinic. Instead, she posted false accusations against a Certified Veterinary Technician who cares more about animals than anyone I know. Every single word in her review is false, and completely undeserved. Katelyn Johnson is one of the best vet techs employed by Banfield, and any pet that she sees is lucky to have such a caring individual caring for them.

Really nice people there. Our Great Dane died on the way to see son. I called for help with issue. I dropped our Izzy off and set up arrangements for final resting place. All personnel there signed and mailed us a card for our loss. They included paw prints and a nose print. Izzy was old and knew her time was coming to an end. Kaitlyn helped with arrangements. She helped us out tremendously.

My wife and I are first time dog owners. We were unsure of what vet to take her to, what shots she needed, and how to properly care for her health. We signed up for the monthly pet plan and it has saved us hundreds over the past three years. It not only pays for shots, spay, and all vet visits, but it also gives discounts on any extra medication needed. We have been to Savage, Apple Valley, and Burnsville and they have always given us 5 star service. My dog is happy and healthy because of Banfield.

What I like best is the option to set up the drop off and pick up time. You don't have to wait for the whole process in which their schedule can be hectic

What an amazing group of animal lovers at this location! I was in need of a routine checkup for my dog and they were able to accommodate me in right away and were so caring and nice! We found out my dog needed a little more attention and they were very understanding and quick to take care of her needs. They even suggested a Wellness Plan that would include all routine preventative medicine and extras to save me money! I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital in Apple Valley for anyone needing a convenient, great price and loving pet hospital! Thank you Dr. Olsen, Margaret and Savannah!

I was able to drop off our dog, Riley Bear, at the last minute to get her wound checked out even though they were booked.

Have always had amazing service with Banfield!! Today I had to bring my furry friend in because of a bump on his ear that keeps getting bigger. We found out that it's time for surgery and the vet tech and front desk Erin helped me to find the best financial options for me. Because I am a wellness member I already saved a ton of money but they helped me to save even more!! I strongly recommend taking your pets here and becoming a wellness member!!

I love that their pet plans can be used at any location. This make it easier to make appointments when needed. Nice staff.

Friendly, caring staff who provide a wide range of care options. Their health plans are awesome and well worth the cost! I can't imagine taking my fur-babies anywhere else.

Five stars!! I read the negative comments posted prior to my visit and was not sure exactly what to expect. But I am all for rating my own experience. The staff is awesome!-starting from my first call. They took the time to throughly go thru the treatments, different options and cost by line item. I am very happy with the special care given to me & my pet.

I couldn't get into my regular banfield site but when I called the Apple Valley location, they were able to squeeze us in!! I read the reviews about this location before hand, but I'm so happy to report that from the time we arrived the staff were very friendly and provided me and my fur baby great service. Thanks💕
