Tanner Johnson did an amazing job with getting my truck token care of. Tanner went above and beyond. I ran into a bunch of road blocks and he overcame them for me . I would also like to thank Steve Mackey as well because he help with my ugly situation as well . THANK YOU GUYS I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU TWO !

Just go anywhere else. I've had bad experiences both times I've taken my Ram truck here but my most recent experience was awful. Scheduled the earliest available appointment 3 weeks out and brought in my vehicle at 10:30 and was told it would be ready by 3pm. I don't even think they started on it until 3 as they didn't have my vehicle done until 5:15 and all I was getting done was an oil change and an inspection that takes maybe 15 minutes to do so it took them almost 7 hours to do an oil change. I received zero communication throughout the day and didn't even get a response on the texting line after I inquired about my vehicle. While I was waiting there was 2 other customers who were also experiencing a similar situation and they even stated they had called their service advisor 4 times and not received so much as a message. Another service advisor even told them the technician working on their car was frustrated because even he couldn't get a hold of their service advisor. The entire time we were voicing our concerns the service manager could clearly hear us and even made eye contact on several occasions but never once came out of his office to address our concerns or reassure us. This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any dealership and I will no longer be purchasing or getting my vehicles serviced at any Luther dealership, they simply do not care about their customers.

I DO NOT recommend this place. The mechanics are horrible, rude and just out to get your money. My 2018 Jeep was miss diagnosed. I was told engine was ceased and almost charged me for a whole new engine. Took my Jeep somewhere else and all my Jeep needed was new head gaskets. Worthless place, a waist of money and tow.

took my car there for repair, they dent my car and broke my gas opener. it wasn't like that when i brought it in, they said they don't know what happen and that was it. poor service...

Called to get car looked at. Made an appointment for 830 am and stated it would take two hours. Called back at 1130 to see what was going on. They stated the car hadn’t been looked at yet. Disappointed due to having to take off of work to schedule appointment.
