We come here at least 3x a week! Excellent customer service! Clean store, great rebates that come promptly in the mail too! Love getting food too!

Went looking for material to build a sukkah for Sukkot observance and they had what we were looking for.

I love Menards. Today I found a beverage that I only get at a restaurant AND it was almost a $1 cheaper so I bought a case! Oh yeah....I did get what I was actually looking for too.🤣

we came in for screws since we broke the screws on my dads boat. Dan measured the screws and did a very good job! Vern was super sweet and did a good job on cashier! Someone should create a go fund me for him so he can retired also! Thank you Dan & Vern ! 💗

We just had a wonderful experience getting help from a gentleman named Ricky, going through a custom door pricing and design exercise with us. He was so helpful and went through the whole process with us, showing us how different choices impacted price, bringing us to an informed and useful quote. We didn't buy it yet, but we went home with a print out of all the details, so we can double check measurements and options and come back when we are ready. The store was clean, staff was helpful, and there was even someone playing piano while we shopped. I'm so glad we stopped in!

Menards is not known for their customer advice, it's true. BUT I Got such wonderful help with a diy camper awning project on Friday Aug 4th right before store closing! VETTA and PAUL helped me pick out supplies and plan out the build, troubleshoot unforseen plan flaws etc. Vetta even helped me get the stack of Giant pvc pipe down the ramp to the register and find the right hardware to finish it off! Idk if management reads these but again it was VETTA AND PAUL that deserve a raise and promotion for their knowledge and customer service skills.
I would love to work with Vetta on a diy project next time I'm in town, she's one cool lady!

I had the lovely pleasure of having Gate Attendant N. Ortiz (what it said on her badge) help me when I was getting some things for a home improvement project from the yard. She helped me locate the items and was super friendly. Makes me feel lucky she was at the gate to help me out.

Huge store you find everything and good sales has 2 floors and an elevator or a electric stairs to go up with your shopping cart!!!!

Really good staff right now. In specific a gentleman was coming on for his shift. I had a question but I asked him first if he was actually on the clock. He wasn't but he took the time to assist even though he wasn't clocked in. Outstanding in my eyes and I certainly didn't expect him to do it under that circumstance. (Plumbing and bathroom fixtures).

It's easy to find what your looking for at menards. From huge signs telling you the different departments all the way down to the tiny label for every product. If that isn't clear enough then their is always an employee around the corner to direct you to the needed product. Even if your not knowledgeable in paints, flooring, lumber or anything else. I've found that the employees won't be anything but helpful. No matter how dumb of a question or èven if they have to play the guessing game to you describing something you don't know the name of. Just for the cherry on top, the prices are always reasonable and if that isn't enough then the rebates should convince you. Elvis has left the building!

Staff was very polite and very helpful in finding the things I needed in a very quick manner. The cashier was also very nice and had a good sense of humor. All round great experience!

My husband and I came in for some household items and Huge shout out to VERN AT THE CHECKOUT LANE AND KEVIN UPSTAIRS L. They provided outstanding customer service. Staff helped me find the exact bracket hooks I was looking for even though I had no sku or package. Saved me a lot of time.
