Cowboy Jack's

Cowboy Jack's in Apple Valley is a standout spot for a few reasons. Customer service is great; everyone's friendly, and there's a good vibe among the staff. The food's solid, and they're always running different specials, which keeps things interesting. On weekends, they have a DJ, and the music's awesome. They switch it up each weekend, so it feels fresh every time you go. The dance floor's huge, with a bar on one side and a more laid-back area on the other. I'm looking forward to the patio opening this summer. Overall, it's a solid spot for anyone and everyone.

First time going; we had a good experience! My Prairie Fire Burger was pretty good, however my husband said his Bleu Burger was even better! 😊 (He ate some of mine, but I didn't get to taste his). I really liked the sweet potato fries! My 2 small kids ate all their food (they rarely finish their food when we eat out) and the portions were big (chicken strips). Our waitress was nice but twice forgot to bring a couple things we had asked for (the restaurant was not too busy at the moment). As some other people have mentioned, the music was loud, and was starting to bug me, but I guess someone might of complained because they turned the volume down. We ate out on their patio and it was a nice experience! Prices are decent.

Our whole experience today was absolutely a 5 🌟 no questions asked. We had a server named Nokia and she made the experience and will be requesting her next time. I ordered a BBQ pizza 🍕 with blue cheese added and the thin crust was absolutely fantastic. My daughter had the capris pizza 🍕 with cauliflower crust and she have it 2 👍 up !! My wife had the sloppy joe and said she would order it again and my son had the Buffalo Chicken wrap that also had high praise. We also shared the beef tips and a couple of bowls of Wild Rice Soup. ALL a must try !!! I tip my hat Cowboy Jacks and keep up the great work !!!

Was in tonight with my buddy grabbing a quick beer and madalynn helped us out tonight, made sure our drinks were never empty and she was very personable, definitely will be back to see her

Téa & Madalynn are always the sweetest bartenders when we come in. They deal with some real characters and are always so prompt and can put a smile on anyone’s face :)

Nice place excellent help they have a decent clientele everyone is friendly it's very clean haven't ate there yet but from what I see and hear food is great! Going back again next week. Stop in!!

Madalynn was great tonight, she was very attentive, and I don’t typically write reviews but she was definitely worth doing so.

They have weekday special. We tried almost everyday except Thursday-taco. Everything tasted good! The wing needed a bit more seasoning but it was $12 for about 25 wings! Burger day is awesome for the price of 1/4 burger. 50 cent for each topping. $1 for bacon. Totally awesome deal. Sloppy Joe was good.

Food was good. Service was acceptable. I can't tell you too much about the atmosphere because I was there at like 1:00 in the afternoon. Not sure how evenings go but I liked it I'd go back.

Edit: yes I do eat burgers like a crazy person with a knife and fork.

It’s been an over a year since we last visited because of the service, tonight we stopped on a whim. Helena was a refreshing experience and had made us want to return. They definitely need to hire more staff with her same level of customer service. We will be back because of her.

First time here and great place!! I had bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries, was delicious!

The food, service, and staff at Cowboy Jacks are always on point. Lexi was our server and she was very attentive taking such great care of us. We noticed she was helping out wherever she could around the restaurant. All of the employees there looked happy and they worked as a team to help one another. It was obvious how much they all appreciate their customers. Food was delicious and drinks were refilled before we had to ask for another. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and drinks, smiling faces, and friendly staff!

Always great for late dinner

This is a relatively new Cowboy Jacks. They has reasonably priced menu offerings. Staff are very nice and the atmosphere is pleasant.

i went here with my family and was not disappointed. our server skylar was amazing!! she did such a good job making our experience special despite how busy it was. as someone who is in the restaurant industry i know how difficult it can be sometimes, and she truly did an excellent job. 100% will be coming back for wonderful service :)

Sloppy cowboy Jack was good but the meat has clearly been heating for too long. You know when you have a crock pot of dip at noon and then go dip into it at 3pm? It's like that.

The happy hour is excellent. Two of their own brewed beers and some happy hour food and I got out of there for just under $20. Parking is good for handicapped, and the service is great. This is a favorite place from a buddy of mine to go for happy hour. We are both early eaters, so this is absolutely ideal for us.

Great atmosphere. Clean and visually appealing. The food was priced well and tasted fresh.

Wife,daughter and I loved it food was very good.
