Busy as usually, but it's apple valley. Flow is fast- always friendly. They do great.

I have been using this location for several years- so probably about 20 times. Not sure what is happening with the other reviewers, but never have I had a bad experience mailing anything! They are so efficient that even if there is a line, it moves quickly. We have always had great service here. Keep up the good work UPS!

I just looked this place up to see what time they open because I need to go there today and noticed all the bad reviews, but I've had nothing but great experiences here EVERY TIME for the past few years so I thought I would leave a positive review! Everyone has been so incredibly nice and helpful and quick for all the various things that I've needed to do there, whether it's been a package to ship, an Amazon return or getting something notarized, it's been great every single time. Maybe they have new owners now I don't know, but even when I've tried going to other locations before I've ended up back at this store because the other places weren't full service like this one. Or once at another location a guy was pretty rude and seemed annoyed I was making him work so I never went back. Anyway, highly recommend this place!

Excellent customer service. Very fast and efficient. Considering there were only two people working when I brought an item in for return. The UPS Store in general is always fast and efficient as far as doing returns for Amazon. I've never had problems. I would definitely recommend anybody that isn't familiar with them to use them.

Their location is handy with plenty of parking and they provide quick service.

I was in and out real quick with no issues. Don't know why they are 2 star. Not going to read the bad reviews.

I have used this place for both Mail Box service as well as returning items to Amazon.

1. It is great when you walk in and the GM knows your name, addresses you by your name and asks if you have any packages you are expecting. He or then one of the friendly staff assist me right away. I am never there for more then a couple of minutes.

2. When I have had to return a package, I did not have any at my home. So when I came to return they advised me I would have to purchase tape. I happily and gladly did. Because, if anyone who is intelligent and can read, Amazon does mention in the Return process that you are to tape your package prior to bringing to the shipping company as they may charge for tape.

We like this place so much, we ended up paying for a mail box for a full year. It is nice knowing packages can be shipped here, they will sign for them, and they are safe and secure without danger of someone stealing them. We will continue to use this service.

I have been frequenting this UPS store more often, maybe the other reviews are based on the past? I walked in, waited in line behind one person, and then was helped promptly, professionally, with a freindly demeanor, and got out. Done! I'll be going back soon to mail more items. Thank you UPS Store in Apple Valley, I'll continue to do business here.

I almost chose not to ship my Christmas packages here based on the atrocious reviews, but I was pressed for time and decided to give them a chance. I was not disappointed. Service was prompt, the gentleman who helped me was pleasant, and it was an overall good experience. They were well staffed and the line moved quickly.

Spent about ten minutes of the managers time trying to get a small package to China. Once all the address information and customs information was entered i was informed of the shopping price. Well, shipping was well beyond what the items in the box amounted to, so I did not ship (could not afford) but had to give thanks for patience and understanding. While I see some poor comments about customer service, my experience was of fantastic customer service.

Very helpful when I do go to this location and I don’t have any bad complaints. Employees are always very nice to me and always seem willing to take the extra step in solving your problems if one may happen to arise. One event I was unable to print a shipping label from my home and when I happen to get there one lady employee was very helpful and let me print a shipping label from their computer for my package!

Very easy to do returns to Amazon here. They do the packing and shipping.

The service was easy and helpful during a busy holiday period.

Just had great service from this store. Both registers were open and workers helped us with a great attitude! Other employees working hard with boxes. Refreshing to see

Went into the apple valley location today, despite all these horrible reviews the employees are fast and efficient. Was helped by Taylor who was friendly and made sure all my needs were met. Will definitely be back!

Easy, fast and free Amazon products returns. Have your code ready and you're on your way very quickly.

I've used this location for notary services and (UPS) package drop off. The doors are a bit combersome to get through if you're bring in multiple packages but otherwise No issues, even when busy the staff seem to be thorough and quick!

There’s 15 minute parking right at the door. Very prompt service. I ran in quick and dropped off a return to Amazon on my way to Target. Easy peasy. Great customer service. Would recommend for sure.

I have been to this place for a few years now, I never had a problem with it.The staff are friendly and efficient . The waiting line moved really fast, I never had to wait in a line for more than 10 minutes,usually took me 3-5 minutes to get my things done . I am very happy for that.
