Pho Valley

Ordered the house appetizer #2, shrimp rice noodles pho, and kung pao shrimp. Huge shoutout out to the chef because they know what they’re doing! Such intentional, well-done flavors. Best crab rangoons I’ve had yet! The pho broth flavor is well balanced and not over the top salty like at some places. I highly recommend this place as I’ve tried a dozen other pho restaurants and this one is my favorite by far. Generous portions as well.

First time in as we’re new to MN. It did not disappoint. The lemonade is highly recommended. Pho was very filling, big portions of fried rice, lo mein was very skinny noodles we’re not used to but the taste was great, and the sesame chicken also had good flavor and a nice crunch under the sauce. Our kids loved it all too, they said while we were there we needed to submit a great review to let everyone know. Def recommend and will come back, even with the 40 min drive from home!

I ate here with my girlfriend. I had the P.23 Spicy soup which is kind of like pho but with kapoon noodles. The portion was great and it was very delicious! My girlfriend ordered B.26 which was a bowl of noodles, veggies, grilled teriyaki meat, and some cut egg rolls. She enjoyed the dish but didn't like that they gave so much meat (which I ate because I love meat). She also ordered spring roll which I liked but the sauce was a little mild for me. My girlfriend said that the wrap was a bit tough but loved the filling and the sauce.

Great service, very friendly staff! The food is as good as the last time I've been here which was 1 year ago ! The restaurant is super clean especially during this pandemic I say it looks amazing! They social distance where we sit so that's great. Our food came out super fast and fresh ! Very delicious ! I definitely recommend this to any one craving some vietnamese cuisine and we will be coming back when I am in the area !!

This strip mall is cursed... Every other business there fails in a few years, but Pho Valley has been there forever. Clearly, they are doing something excellent here!

Vermicelli Teriyaki Chicken with egg rolls was the best I've ever had!

The Pho bowls were delicious! The serving portions were huge (I even got a small). I really liked the broth flavor. Very clean place with plenty of seating. The service was excellent. Our waitress was friendly and we got our food quickly.

In the words of my 5 year old, “This is the best in town. Everyone come! It’s so yummy!” He loves the meatball pho and also the plain chicken wings. I especially love the shrimp fried rice. So delicious. The pho is great also. Definitely get the Vietnamese iced coffee.

Delicious food that comes out super fast. The bathrooms are clean and the workers are really nice. I recommend the banh mi, and the mango smoothie.

First time in, ordered a convo appetizer it was good, just very dry spring rolls like they sat for a bit.

Oh my, where to start. Appetizers very good. The entrees are fantastic. Portions very generous. Restrooms are spotless. The best part of dining here is the wait staff. So caring and friendly. Cannot wait to visit again. Highly recommended.

Never had Pho here? You have not had good Pho. Quick, tasty, a little bit more expensive than some places I've been.

Awesome food, awesome people! Chicken pho is the way to go! They do take out too. This is a great place to go any time of the year, but especially on a rainy day, or during the cold months.
