Jensen's Cafe

Fun place to have great bfest food. My husband loves the stuffed French toast. It taste to me like French toast with a berry cream cheese inside. we both enjoy the country fried steak with the cheesy hashbrowns today. I had Denver Rito omelette. which is an omelette with onions and bell peppers and the cheesy hashbrowns inside. It was really good. I do recommend getting the crybaby Craig habanero sauce. I have to go order a bottle. parking looks fierce when you pull up but the parking garage is free and it's not a very far walk to the restaurant so that's great.

This place is a "find." Plan to park in the adjacent free ramp, and plan for a wait at the door as this cafe is very busy. But, it runs extremely well, and the line moves quickly. You may be able to get immediate seating at the bar in the back.
This is a destination breakfast cafe. You'll be glad you made your way there. Food is exactly what you want it to be and the service is authentically just right!

I had the most delicious meal at Jensen’s Café in Burnsville’s Heart of the City! My favorite Jensen’s Café menu item is their blueberry pancake combo which includes two blueberry pancakes with their homemade butter maple syrup, two eggs any style, café potatoes, and choice of breakfast meat. The food was a special treat and the service was exceptional. ❤

We had two different kinds of stuffed French Toast. Had different kinds of potatoes. American potatoes and chessy hash browns.

This is one of my favorite breakfast spots! The wait is long but it’s worth the wait if you have time. The eggs Benedict over pancake and cheesy hash brown is soooo good!! When you get to the table, everything is set and ready to go and everything comes quick. It’s a good quick breakfast spot.

Tried to go three separate times and there was a very long wait. I understand now the bacon eggs Benedict and stuffed French toast was great! Food was hot even though they are always busy. Amazing brunch location!

Was in the area and just happened to fall upon this place. It was super busy, so I was hoping it was good! We were pleasantly surprised! Had a great breakfast, and walked around the cute gift shop next door while waiting for a table.

Their breakfast is incredible, stuffed french toast every time for me. Went for lunch yesterday and the chicken salad melt may be the best melt I've ever had. Lunch has no waits, breakfast will have a wait which is the only bad thing you can say about this place.

Love Jensen's cafe. Great as always. Waitress Patty was wonderful, to the point, and attentive. I never had less than a half glass of water at all times, neither did any of her other tables. Food was great, I wish I had a picture to post. I went for the Cajun breakfast and wow was it good.

Don't let the line out the door scare you. Jensen's is worth the wait.

The french toast really is that good folks.
Everything about the experience was spot on, everything was delicious (the soup especially, ask Kevin) and the staff were splendid (again Kevin might be the best waiter I’ve ever had).

No wonder this place was packed.
10/10, bring me more of that french toast.

Crazy busy place but we’ll worth the wait. We got a pecan roll bigger than my head. And the food was delicious had left overs for days

Found this cute little place while on vacation here and loved it! Everything about the restaurant from staff to food and service is a 10/10! Definitely recommend trying their food. Thanks for the experience we will be back!

Always good comfort food here!! Had the Western Baked Omelette with the Cafe Potatoes. So delicious! Had the nicest waiter! Wish I would of remembered his name. Great service!

Modern American diner. Lots of sweet and savory options for breakfast and lunch. Really good coffee.

Has some classic diner vibes, but in a more upscale and modern environment without being too fancy.

Often a wait of 20 minutes or more at peak times for a table, but you still may be able to get seated right away at the bar.

Such a lovely place. Quaint and homey feeling. Perfect place for family or to meet a friend. The spinach and goat cheese omelet is fantastic. And my friend was kind enough to share a piece of her apple bread which was amazing. The kids loved their pancakes.

The BEST place for breakfast! Quick, friendly service in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Food is wonderful! Warm cinnamon pecan rolls as big as your head! Love Jenson's!

I had heard a lot about them from many sources, all seemingly great. I started dropping in a few months ago, and I just can't gush over them enough. The food is great. There are daily specials that mix up the menu too (potato pancakes, sometimes offered on Wednesdays, are to die for!). Good coffee. I find myself dining here a couple times a week now.
