Best service EVER! Uriah was such a great employee to work with! I bought the wrong product 3X's was super embarassed that I kept getting it wrong! Everytime he was the one that assisted me and never once made me feel bad, and he was more than happy to help explain the differences and why the one I purchased wasn't what I was looking for. He was outstanding and I would go back just because of him. Customer service is usually a thing of the past, but this gave me a new outlook! Thank you Uriah!

Helpful staff greeted us as we entered the Office Max Store and were there when we needed help with an office chair. The staff member was knowledgeable about the products and willing to assist us in our purchase.

The staff worked together well as a team. One employee was fairly new and so he answered the questions he could and was quick to bring in a more knowledgeable person to answer what he couldn't. Very courteous and great customer service.

Excellent customer service at Kearney's OfficeMax, especially from the checkout clerk named Scott. He went above and beyond to get everything explained properly.

Unlike two other stores we stopped at, at least Office Max keeps supplies on the shelf instead of telling you “we can order that for you.” If i wanted to order it online, i could do that myself.

Many people may not think to go to Office Max for specialized office supplies. They usually have what I'm looking for and the employees, in my experience, usually know where everything is and are willing to help.
