Starbucks

Starbucks team was nice and fast. Our drinks were delicious.
Big spacious Starbucks, open floor plan, many sitting tables.
There are few parking spots for curb side pick up.
There are 2 gender neutral bathrooms separate on the side.
Also there is a screen where you can track your order status. It has your name on it so you can see when your turn is. I found it very cool.

Matt was awesome! He’s always super nice, helpful with questions about drinks, and the drinks he makes always came out amazing! I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a few l years and he’s always happy to see the regulars and help new people out. Most times when I try other Starbucks locations the drinks never taste the same as this location. Definitely recommend

This is a Starbucks up to par with what we have come to expect from the brand. They have the variety. I was pleasantly surprised to find the marbeled Red Velvet Cake. It was delicious! (Photo attached, but I shaped it into a heart.) The space is clean, appealing and well-maintained. What I appreciated most...and especially on Valentine's Day...is the customer service. Everyone was so helpful and caring. I had an unexpected issue that the cashier attempted to resolve. When he couldnt, the manager intervened and went above and beyond to help me. It was a true blessing! I will forever be grateful. Wonderful experience at this Starbucks location!!!

I’ve been going to all kinds of Starbucks for years in so many places it’s hard to keep track of it all. Who would’ve thought one of the most memorable experiences would be essentially “in my own backyard.” One of the baristas, Matt, was so helpful, so nice, thoughtful, and extremely considerate. I asked him if if he could help me with how to pour over coffee since I’ve always wanted to do it since I’ve seen one of those tools on Instagram. He took the time to expertly demonstrate how to work it and his passion and kindness was something I was definitely not expecting. Overall great Starbucks, great barista, I have to go back there again and let him know how I fared with the pour over set.

Located on busy Rt. 22, baristas here are friendly and business is fast paced. There is plenty of seating in the clean dining area and usually filled with diners on their laptops as free wi-fi is available. Two bathrooms are cleaned regularly. Parking lot is shared with other businesses, so parking can be a challenge during peak business hours. Entrance and dining area are handicap accessible.

Delicious birthday drink! The staff were so sweet, and wow, I don’t think I have seen a more efficient coffee bar group.

Some of the best things about the location were the order screen, which updated customers on their order status, and the small menu of creative, barista-designed drinks written out near the retail section of the location.

This is probably the best Starbucks I’ve been to. They’re orderly, professional and personable. Every time I go they greet you and always have your orders on time. Diego is one of the best baristas. He takes a personal interest in the customers and and is so efficient. Love starting my mornings here at this SB!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Found a reusable cup to purchase! Good location and will stop by again!

The people that work here are very nice.

Once I had came to pick up a order my boss had ordered. Unfortunately he had ordered to the wrong Starbucks but the lady that worked there was still willing to give us our order without having to pay for a second time.

Definitely will be coming here more often just from the great customer service that was given to me.

Nice place, people and the items are your typical Starbucks products and foods. All was good!

I’m pregnant with my first baby. I’ve been craving a caramel frappe for the longest and many Starbucks employees told me that they don’t have a crème based frappe. When I went to Starbucks today, Angie the barista she is AMAZING! She understood the assignment 😂🥰 she made my drink personally and I asked for extra caramel..she made my day! 💜 she was so nice, humble but yet professional! She is so nice. Definitely recommend asking for her when you go if she is there! Love her

The employees there were so friendly and helpful! FYI, the only gluten-free snack was a marshmallow dream bar which was indeed delicious.

Starbucks of Union, that one on rd 22 is one of the best Starbucks I enjoy going too. They really quick and always get my drink right. The Guys there super Fast and Always in fire, they all so nice and they will get your drink all the time. If they missed it up they will make you another one.

I love the customer service at this location. Sweet people and lovely frapucchinos xx They also have a collection of pup & kitty clothing & blankets they're donating to the animal shelter ❣ I appreciate that. So, if you got anything please donate so furr babies can be warm during these times x

Just the best, nice friendly staff. I'm a Uber driver and got cut off on my delivery route and spilled the customers drink. When I went back , they remade the order quickly,politely and with no questions. Just the Best 👍

Diego is a great leader in this establishment.
His team and himself set the bar high when it comes to grabbing a cup of coffee on this busy highway.
Wait a hold down your location even during a renovation... service is impeccable!!!
