We had made an appointment at this store where we have been before. Mallory had helped us and I had hoped she would wait on us again. Luckily she became available to help us. She is very knowledgeable, explains everything we needed to know about the process, and kept checking on the progress of my new phone while simultaneously helping other customers. Excellent service and attentive while still providing to more than 1 customer at the same time. We will request her assistance every time we need help from Verizon.

Mallory Roth created a great Verizon experience for us. I was adding my mom to my plan and she was transferring from another provider. There were complications with a duplicate account. Malory spent so much time with us figuring out the issues. She went above and beyond and we are so appreciative!

As a Verizin member for 17 years, I am never disappointed in the support I get from the staff at Verizon. I am not techy. I struggle when I have to change phones. So many thanks to the staff on the phone and at the store. Ann was very helpful, yet Mallory R. Always delivers. Thanks for getting me all set up on my new phone, Mallory, talking me through changing to Verizon internet. Happy with it all!

My fiance and I wanted to get a family plan and merge our phone lines. We went in around 6 pm, the staff were busy with other customers, but that gave us the ability to look at the different phones and compare what we wanted to get.

Christopher H, became open and we said what we wanted, to get my fiance from her consumer cellular service onto my Verizon account. We were prepared to pay for our phone outright but he got us a deal for a free phone for her, and found that I was eligible for a free phone for myself as well.

Christopher was very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all our questions about the service plans, the phones themselves, general usage and maintenance, as well as navigating consumer cellular's less than helpful transfer process. We walked out with two new phones, two cases, and a host of chargers to keep them topped off.

We really are really thankful for Christopher's knowledgeable, no pressure customer service in navigating our requests. Our request kept us after close until about 7:30, we were so thankful they stayed open to finish up with us when Christopher told us he was done at 6:00! He stayed with us through the whole process and was just great the entire time!

We look forward to doing business with Christopher and Verizon again in the future!

After 5 unbelievably frustrating & lengthy phone calls with Verizon customer service over the last week, I walked into the Verizon store expecting the worst. Contrary to my expectations, I was helped by Mitchell N who not only took the time to listen to my concerns & hear out my frustrations, he solved my issue quickly. I so appreciate the high standards of customer service he displayed & how efficiently he solved my problem & clarified the issues I was dealing with. When we entered the store, CJ was quick to offer help. He was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. He answered many questions for us. Although we didn't go into the store with the intention of "upgrading" our phones, we did end up doing just that! We are happy with the plan that he set up for us and know that we can stop in again to get help if we need it. I would not hesitate to do business with him again.
P.S. There was no "sales pitch" and we didn't feel any pressure to accept what he was offering. Thanks!
