All in all Allstate is hands down the best insurance company available in my area. They have speedy response times, decent and affordable rates, and offer far more cost cuts than any other insurance company i've dealt with.

I like their communication which is quite persistent through e-mail, and their mailings are always informative and allow plenty of time for payment to be made without policy cancellation.

I appreciate the service this company has given to me, and look forward to many more years of dedicated membership with them.

We have been very pleased. Everyone is super freindly and helpful. They saved us a ton in premiums over Progressive(cut out bill by more than half and we ended up with better coverage). Whenever they find a way to lower our premiums they call and let us know. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Signed up with Allstate online. To be honest I haven’t met my insurance agent in person, but with conversations with him and his office over the phone they are wonderful people. I’m glad I switched to Allstate. I saved on my insurance cost and their customer service is great. I’m glad I can say that “I’m in good hand”.

Although Kevin Kennedy and I have not met face to face, he and his office continues to answer every one of my questions and all my needs have been met. His entire office staff works to no end to make me feel like more than just a customer.
