I worked with Nadia Estrella to design my bathroom and she was really amazing to work with. She took her time in showing me several tile combinations and styles after I shared the look I wanted. She is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of home design and I could tell she had a real passion for it. I’d recommend her to work with if you’re looking to renovate and want someone who knows how to design well.

The tile shop has a great selections on quality tiles. We needed tiles for our new master bathroom Natasha was extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this place for all your decor needs. I'll be posting pictures when the bathroom is finished.

After a frustrating visit to a local big box store, we went to The Tile Shop for our bathroom remodeling needs. We were immediately greeted by and subsequently worked with Nadia, a personable, knowledgeable, and patient professional. She skillfully helped us navigate the vast selections and seemingly countless options to put together a design that we absolutely love. Needless to say my wife and I were beyond pleased with our shopping experience at The Tile Shop.

Went to this place after a smaller tile place treated us poorly. Nadia helped us and she was wonderful, super patient and helpful. Kitchen floor and backsplash tiles all delivered on time without any issues!

A simple 3 letter review - WOW would get the message across, but not do them any justice. They hit all the major areas; service, selection, and savings. From Colin helping us get the right materials for our project, to Robert helping return overage items, this is the only place I will be getting tile from in the future. Note: pics to follow when my wife lets me put them up! ;-)

Very helpful and friendly staff! A gentleman that works there is very kind and he has great suggestions for my husband and I with colors/contrast. He was very kind and patient with my kids as well. They have a very good variety of times. Almost same price point as floor and decor. Very unique tiling as well that I’ve never seen before.

What a great place you have for tile in Bergen county and Rochelle Park, NJ. The best in customer service of any tile sources I visited. Colin E. was a big help with design choices and was helpful at checkout. Colin went above and beyond in helping me get the best tiles for 2 of my bathrooms; he was outstanding, pleasant, and accommodating. What an excellent and valuable employee you have in Colin. Nadia is amazing! We called around to several shops trying to find an urgent tile match and she worked with us to get a timely solution to help us get our project over the finish line. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a true partner on any project!

He was so knowledgeable and patient with me (my first time tile shopping). Other places did not have the quality of service! I cannot wait to start my next project with Amir.

This is a great store. I live in New York and pass many tile stores to get to this one. I dealt with Kerry as my sales associate.....she was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and an all around pleasure to deal with. The physical store has a lot of displays set up.....one more beautiful than the other.....very helpful when looking for ideas. The prices were very fair and the selection very large. I will be using them again for my next bathroom remodel.

Great selection of tile. Great quality. Seeing this show room really pulled us out of our design comfort zone and allowed us to select a tile that we absolutely love that we would never have bought going to a big box store.
