Panera Bread

During my visit, I experience good customer service. This is actually my second time visiting this Panera location and asking about a Vegan option. An employee suggests a custom sandwich order which consists of Avocado, cucumbers, greens, and onions. The sandwich comes with a surprise, a random hint of jam, which offers a sweet flavor I appreciate in the sandwich and that I actually want more of with every passing bite without it. The chips are tasty, light enough to eat a bag or two.

This is my go to Panera in addition to the Edison one in NJ. The staff are always Nice and accommodating if you have any issues with the food and the portions are good. I’ve gone to many other paneras in different states And the ones in New Jersey seem to be really good and especially the West Orange one. I love it that they have Wi-Fi and a Fireplace and comfortable seats. My egg white breakfast sándwich was amazing on a bagel.

The Mediterranean bowl was amazing! The vanilla almond cold brew is delicious as well. Oh! For the love of cookies! The lemon drop cookie is addictive. The staff is friendly and the service is great.

Food was delicious and staff was very friendly. I just didn't appreciate the other patron walking around with his dog in the store. The dog wasn't a service dog. He even had the dog drinking water in a bowl.

Nice location and good food. Not much more that you could want! I typically have a chicken caesar salad and a strawberry banana smoothie. It's never failed me. Occasionally, I also have the broccoli cheddar soup and a pecan braid, both of which I can recommended as well.

Update: tried their new egg sandwich, and it was just ok.

I came here for dinner and got a BYO pick 2 and all of this was only 10 bucks! I ate in and had my food delivered to me. I didn't know they did that! I really liked the new system where you can place your order on a touch screen station and use a pager so the server knows where to bring the meal. Really lovely staff here and quick service. Very busy the whole night but plenty of space to sit and relax while chatting with friends.

I was so discouraged from eating here because people always said you got to pay more but get less but I'm glad I tried them because the food was delicious I love the broccoli soup the turkey sandwich is good and I love that they come with fruit cup and or chips. However the tuna sandwich is salty and the bread is hard

Delicious food. Pleasant place to eat in and do some work etc. Plenty of packing

Good food, fast service even when crowded. You can chill there for a few hours and no one tries to kick you out.

I did have a blueberry muffin with a grand total of two blueberries in it but I'm assuming that's no one's fault, just a heads up.

Never fails to satisfy me. Delicious food. Pizza and sandwiches are bomb

Mr Oliver and his team are the BEST! This is my favorite Panera because of the excellent customer care my daughter and I receive here every time we visit. It’s their deliberate attention to treating customers right. Helping them carry their food to the table. The small things matter. Thank you Mr Oliver. (sorry no food/drink) Was there for a meeting (hehe) but ahh.. Laid back, relaxing environment, good staff cleaning it's Panera.. You already know!

I love this particular location. Great and fast service and the food is always on point.

Great place and pleasant. Most students like my daughter love to go there to have a great non expensive lunch or dinner sit as long as she wants, work on a school project, in a safe and welcome environment, relaxing and able to concentration.

Panera offers life changing experiences. One time I ordered an apple salad and there was NO apples. Then that got me thinking "an apple salad with no apples how can this be?" But then I realized Panera was trying to teach me that everything is not what it seems and you always have to expect the unexpected. And then I ordered a four cheese grilled cheese but I knew there was another hidden message. Everyone usually has a one cheese grilled cheese so Panera is trying to tell me they offer more than quadruple the quantity of food than regular places.

Always a good place to have a good meal or snack at.

I'd came here for the first time while visiting my son and to be honest, this is the best customer service experience I'd ever had in North Jersey. You kind of expect a certain "Jersey Brashness", but the young ladies who helped me (Hope and Donna) very pleasant and eager to help. Would recommend to anyone.

It was the staff that made the place good food not so much I blame the recipes at corporate not the cooks . Food was ok could be a lot better.

I've never had an order that was ready so quickly! Fresh and yummy! The staff was very friendly as well

Super duper awesome 👌👏!!! This was my very first time visiting this restaurant and I must say., I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING. I cashier's were super friendly. The manager came out to greet the customers. She even conversed with my mom and myself for awhile. Friendly atmosphere. Family style. Staff is very professional. I noticed something while I was ordering my food as well. The cashier was addressing several of the customers by their first name. So that alone just tell me that their customers come here on a regular! I will definitely be returning.
