I also love the coffee, But I will not go back to store. I did go on the 9th of month I heard that coffee was $2 off a pound. So I was expecting it to be busy. I entered the store and there was a person that told me to go back outside and wait. Ok I did what I was told, this was my first time here. I looked in store there was only 3 people in it? the sales person came out and asked me what I wanted after a couple minutes, I said coffee. She wanted me to oder out on the sidewalk, I wanted to shop. I did know what I was looking for but I felt like this was a drive through and not a store. I will look for a different way to find this coffee, I will pay the higher price for better service.

I received a note from the manager (Lex) note below.

"Hi Kyle, We do this for our sale on the 9th of every month to ensure safety for our customers and our staff. We are diligently running around the store to fill day-of orders. We put flavor lists on the window for customer convenience, as we know we have quite a few choices. If you don't enjoy this particular setup, I would suggest coming to the store on another day besides the 9th, or ordering online/ahead of the 9th to still have the sale price."

Love the coffee here. Always get a bag of the Jamaica me Crazy and then something new to try. Always good. Great helpful staff.

The drink was phenomenal. Convenient and clean location. There are dozens of coffee beans for sale to roast at home.

I get two pounds of the Finger Lakes decaf, Swiss water processed every ninth for the sale. Can't even tell it's decaf. I look forward to a couple cups every morning. I've had a latte or two also that were good.

Love this place, I visit it every time I come back to Rochester.

Great coffee! We just bought some Blueberry, Graham Cracker, Caramel flavors. We stop by every few months, and grab a few flavors. The employees are friendly and accommodating. The parking is a little hard when Pittsford Plaza is busy, but it's usually not an issue.

Yeah their Jamaican Me Crazy is what everyone is crazy about but the real story here is vanilla macadamia nut roast! It good to make with cold brew hot, Krueg (buy a resuable cup please and use finger lakes coffee instead of those horrid pods) French press expresso. They use Fair Trade beans and honestly is worth the price. Banana Forster is good as well as their blueberry Cobler, and of course Jamaican Me Crazy.

Love the coffee here. I am fortunately/unfortunately hooked! 😄 Rainforest crunch is my favorite but I have genuinely liked them all. I usually get a few different kinds and then a cup of whatever special one they have made when I check out so I can experiment with all the flavors! My kids like the gluten free bakery treats too 😊

Great coffee and they have an incredible variety of caffe beans. Also they have vegan muffins and delicious cakes. I ordered spicy pumpkin latte and banana cake. The best

This is located in the Aldi/Autozone Plaza. The minute you walk in, there is the smell of delicious coffee. I bought a large 5# bag of Canandaigua blend coffee there as they don't have a shop in Buffalo. The coffee is very good, it's smooth and aromatic. If you are headed for Canandaigua, stop by and try their coffee.

Quality service and good drink in a place that the aroma is enticing. It’s a good place to stop if you are in the plaza.

Great company with best coffee option in state. Jamaican me crazy the best. Sorry to see coupon program went away as I have several coupons. Oh well still best ice Jamaican coffee.

One of my favorite coffee places in the area! The aroma gets me every time - goodness from the moment you walk in, and the drinks and snacks are outstanding every time!

When I worked in this plaza area, I loved going to this spot almost every day. They have really good coffee, but for me the highlight was they had the best bear claws I've ever had. I know they had baked goods delivered in from one of the local bakeries, and I did ask and was told (at least once, probably more times) which bakery... but for the life of me I can't remember the place. Hopefully they are still serving the same great pastries because these things were delicious. Paired with Finger Lakes coffee, I was powered up to take on the day with caffeine and sugar.

Very warm and cozy and the best coffee of all the world. So many flavors. Too many choices. Try them all. You won't be disappointed.

Coffee is $1.60!! They're the home of Jamaican Me Crazy which is my favorite and their coffee is the most affordable I've found - by far - for high quality local coffee shops. It smells amazing in there, fresh coffee aroma everytime I walk in. They have great mugs and cute gifts and always great service. This is my new favorite business coffee shop.

Their flavored coffee stands a cut above the rest. A bit pricier than your average DD or Starbucks, you get what you're paying for as all their flavors are solid. Everytime I go I get one of their frozen coffee beverages. I try a different one every time and I've never had a bad one. Worth the trek from Rochester to Pittsford.

They had the best dirty chai I've ever tasted. Dirty chai is coffee mixed with chai. It was sweet, yet definitely had coffee in it. So good. I went there because they were literally next door to the hair salons I had gone to the same day, so I popped in to grab a coffee on my way home. Best decisions are made on the fly.
