Pretty cool place, wish it was a lot bigger

Awesome place to shop! I’ve been to this story many times, and I’ve never had a better experience than my last visit. Leo, the gentleman who checked us out was very helpful and kind. Very knowledgeable!!!!!

Overall pretty good store but the fact its so small affected the amount of products and most of the products weren't the best. I feel they should add more useful stuff because not many people are big on books and security cameras. That's just in my opinion I still do try to make a stop at this store every time I'm at Crossgates.

Best place to Shop but will kinda need more Selections I understand Alexa is only all exclusive to Amazon but it wouldn't hurt to have other Products as well from Clothes, to Games, Consoles & Phone Cases etc.

It has an alright selection of products. Some staff were attentive but most seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves. The main entrance was staffed with 4 employees having a loud graphic conversation in front of patrons. My wife was looking through the books by the main entrance while I was holding her soon to be purchases in electronics. All of a sudden she was asked to "Stand outside the main entrance" by a fifth NEW employee by the door after the group of employees dispersed. She told the employee she was already shopping with me (an isle or two away) and pointed to me arms full of prospective purchases. The staff member apologized and told her they were at capacity and my wife would have to stand outside (with the cash to pay for the items I was holding). Ok I thought. I'll jump in line and pay myself. I then waited in the second line for about 12 minutes (which wait times are going to be long during the holiday shopping season) for a group of folks (6 individuals) buying books. After my wait I was next up!. I place my items on the counter and the staff member ringing folks out looks at me and walks away behind the employee only area. So I stood waiting for another 10 minutes while the line next to me went from a dozen or so customers to about 2. FINALLY the nice employee in line one ringing folks out apologized and took care of me. She told me the other cashier was "choking" and had to run to the restroom. Unfortunately for her he was standing 10 feet away on his phone with another employee laughing and playing around. This left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully nobody else experiences the lack of professionalism that was displayed to us. I will probably continue to use Amazon BUT online as this store seems to be a "free for all" for lack of better words.

The whole store kind of felt like walking through a giant impulse aisle on the way to the checkout. It was kind of interesting, but browsing through the store is basically the equivalent of scrolling through Amazon's suggestions.

Well....I guess like all companies that started from the bottom now they're here....2 gift cards purchased from this store that immediately went under the Christmas tree have both been used by someone. Not someone in our family. Just some random person. I assume who are scanning the cards or taking the codes. So i contacted amazon and they do not care. They pretty much told me what I told them, the cards have been used by someone other than the intended recipient and that they will not refund or reissue them. So what good is going to the store if they cant secure the merchandise. I may as well deal with the possibility of being scammed online if I also will get scammed in a brick and mortar. All the money Amazon makes.....all the money I have spent with them....I'm supposed to eat this cost? I'm sure my few thousand dollars I spend per year is lunch money for ol Jeff and his pets but I'm sick of being treated this way by people I'm making rich as hell. And, we're not even talking a large giftcard balance, just 2 $25 giftcards but they were mine. I'm done with amazon.

I have discontinued my shopping with Amazon. Have canceled my Amazon Prime as well. I'm sure it will make not difference to them but I feel better.
