Lia Honda Albany

Wonderful experience working with Lia Honda Albany! With the ongoing crazy car market, inventory issues, dealerships not willing to work with you over phone/email, Lia made it easy again (great working with them previously on my Nissan lease I was coming out of) — they beat out every other Honda dealership in the area by a long shot and made the process seamless! I was looking for a CR-V that was incoming/readily available and they had this Sport Touring Hybrid model coming in with a few weeks— it came in as promised right on time. Erin Burke helped us with our car purchase. She was professional and organized . She quickly got us a test drive and then skillfully handled negotiations for the car details and lease price. We were able to pick up the car later that day complete with plates and temporary insurance cards. This was the easiest most pleasant car purchase we have ever had. Just great service!

Brett and Brandon were awesome. Got our new car here. Beat our credit union on the rate. no low inventory price make ups or hidden fees at pick up. Pushed the extra warranty but not as far or aggressively as other experiences. Would recommend. Also it's recently renovated so the coffee machine is awesome and everything is brand spanking new. Bathrooms new also and clean. All touchless except door out so had to use my shirt to pull handle. Would pee here again.

Salesman Brett Reihs patiently took me around the lot to check out several new and used cars at Lia Honda's Albany location. We discussed the pros and cons of each one. Then, we discussed trading in my late husband's truck. Really, Brett earned Best Salesman in my book, because he drove me 30 miles to my home, to pick up the other vehicle I wanted to trade, so I could trade in both vehicles and purchase my first new car, all in one day. I like this new Honda Passport. Before I drove off the lot, Brett made sure I knew how to use the navigation, lights, etc. He was very thoughtful in going over so many details so I'd have a safe ride home. Will definitely recommend Brett Reihs and Lia Honda to my friends in the Albany area.

I wear referred to Lia Honda by a friend. The woman at the front desk was friendly and immediately brought over salesperson Grant Little. I had a general idea of what I wanted, and Grant took the time to learn what was important to me. He found me a CRV with exactly what I was looking for, with financing I can afford. I will definitely be returning to Lia Honda for my next lease, and look forward to again working with Grant Little.
