Using the kiosk to place order is great when you customize items in a combo (ie- no lettuce, tomato, etc). The $5 Craving box combo is an insane value. We had the most full tacos we've ever had at The Bell. Well done 🔔

Waitstaff and Grillpeople went above and beyond to make sure customers were happy. Once the line at the register wore down, the cashier walked around the dining area to make sure sitting guests were happy. Food tasted as it should have. Nice touch. I will be returning when I'm in the area.

Used the app to order, fast drive thru service. We got grilled cheese burritos and cheesy fiesta potatoes, delicious as always!

Horrible waiting time. I have done great reviews for TB, and bad reviews. The last few weeks it's gotten bad again. 20 min wait times at drive through between 12 and 2, with an average of 4-5 min per car. If you're 6th in line, plan on 25-30 min before you're driving away. Going inside doesn't help. One person works the counter and your order is simply mixed in with drive thru. Simultaneously during these periods, food isn't as well prepared and mistakes on your order are nearly guaranteed. With Bubbakoos just 7 min up Rt 4 I've been saving time and getting better service with no extra time investment. Bubbas is always ready on time and is made with much more care.

I just left the drive thru after receiving spectacular customer from two women, one named Breanna and a new girl who's name I believe is Shay. I really felt compelled to write this review after going through and ordering 2 of the new Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos without tomatoes. After I pulled away, I discovered that they had accidently added tomatoes. So I turned around, hopped back in line, and had my order re-made in a jiffy. Both of them were extremely cordial, professional, and made my concerns feel validated. I will happily go out of my way to go to this a Taco Bell from now on because of the great customer service of these two women.

Food is always right and staff is always fast and friendly.

I love the food. The menu is great. The service is in a timely fashion. The dining area has a modern feel to it.

Last time we came here we had a terrible experience with the wrong food and horrible staff that was rude to us and their manager. But this time they were absolutely perfect. They were quick getting the food out and everything was right! The staff seemed newer than last time and they were very friendly. If this taco bell stays this way we'll come back a lot.

Quick, convenient, and easy in and easy out. Additionally I've changed my review to 5 stars. Thinking about it I've been going to Taco Bells all over for 18+ years. And I can't say that I've ever been disappointed once that I can remember. And I have the perspective that if one did they would correct it.

What a great staff! Everyone greeted us and were really fun yet still professional. The two of us got the box with the 6 hardshell tacos and 4 burritos... delicious and filling!

I legitimately drive 20 minutes to this location from Albany because I never have a problem with my order and the individuals that work here seem to be much more kind. I pretty much go through the drive through every time and I never find the wait times to be ridiculous. I wish I could remember the girl who took our order today, (19-20ish with blonde hair) It's Christmas Eve day and she was just so polite and had a big smile on her face.

Great place for economical and tasty food. Service is usually outstanding. Please give customer service workers a little bit of a break. Hopefully, the work force will fill the many positions available. More workers will help the service business's.

This place is great! I've only been through the drive thru so I can't speak to the walk in experience, but the drive thru is always quick, they're friendly and polite, and the food is always good quality and you can tell they don't serve old food and stuff... unlike another fast food place on this street.. Anyway, would definitely recommend this Taco Bell, if you like taco bell.

Best Taco Bell experience here! There is a lovely woman that works there named Esther. She is an angel of a woman that knew all the costumers around us and talked to them about their day and families. We were just passing through on a trip but she made us feel right at home. If you stop by when Esther is working please tell her cat and Marissa say hi and will be stopping next time we pass through.

I like the convenience of Taco Bell. They offer great tasting tacos and burritos etc. My only complaint is that I have to go to Wendy's to get a chili. I like chili with tacos.

Friendly staff, quick service (as far as Taco Bell goes). Sometimes a longer line but it's better than having <60 second service like other places try to by having stuff premade and sitting under heat lamps for a while
